| dc.description | The present research project was developed in the Association of Farmers of the Good Living of Urdaneta "ASOGRIUR", which is located in the Urdaneta Canton, Los Ríos Province; Consists of the Formulation of an Administrative and Financial System for the Association of Farmers of Good Living "ASOGRIUR" in the period 2017, Canton Urdaneta Province of Los Ríos. "The Association of Farmers of the Good Living of Urdaneta" ASOGRIUR "is formed with the main purpose of seeking the development, production and commercialization of rice, among other products such as corn, cocoa, soybeans; Through the collective work of its partners to improve their living conditions, the development of the area, the practice of solidarity of collective work, unity and organization. "(Constitution of ASOGRIUR, 2017) This research establishes the problematic of a deficient administrative-financial structure, which has been applied with empirical knowledge. Therefore, it is determined the importance of generating a highly integrated administrative-financial model to the management and thus promote an organizational change. "It is important for the Association to implement in its administration, strategic planning that determines objectives, strategies, policies; A short-term financial planning, using as a strategic tool the delineation of a financial budget that promotes and generates economic resources for the needs of the Association and thus access to new opportunities. This structure will be made up of realizable processes, comfortable practical, which will be of great help, fomenting a propitious working environment, providing each of the partners with facilities to carry out their activities safely, in order to achieve the objectives proposed for this group". | dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación se lo desarrolló en la Asociación de Campesinos del Buen Vivir de Urdaneta “ASOGRIUR”, la cual se encuentra ubicada en el Cantón Urdaneta, Provincia Los Ríos; consiste en la Formulación de un Sistema Administrativo Financiero para la Asociación de Campesinos del Buen Vivir del Cantón Urdaneta Provincia de los Ríos “ASOGRIUR” para el período 2017. “La Asociación de de Campesinos del Buen Vivir de Urdaneta “ASOGRIUR” se forma con el objeto principal de buscar el desarrollo, producción y comercialización de arroz, entre otros productos como el maíz, cacao, soya; mediante el trabajo colectivo de sus asociados para mejorar sus condiciones de vida, el desarrollo de la zona, la práctica de la solidaridad del trabajo colectivo, la unidad y la organización.” (Constitucion Estatuto de ASOGRIUR, 2017) En esta investigación se establece la problemática de una deficiente estructura administrativo-financiero, la cual se ha estado aplicando con conocimientos empíricos. Por lo que se determina la importancia de generar un modelo administrativo-financiero altamente integrados a la dirección y así promover un cambio organizacional. “Es importante para la Asociación implementar en su administración, una planificación estratégica que determine objetivos, estrategias, políticas; una planificación financiera a corto plazo, utilizando como instrumento estratégico el delineamiento de un presupuesto financiero que promueva y genere recursos económicos para las necesidades de la Asociación y así acceder a nuevas oportunidades. Esta estructura estará conformada por pasos realizables, que serán de gran ayuda, fomentando un clima propicio de trabajo dotando a cada uno de los socios facilidades para realizar bien, de forma segura sus actividades, para alcanzar los objetivos que se proponen para esta agrupación”.
