At present, the inventory control of Plant and Equipment is very important, because this item is considered as one of the most representative that the foundation possesses, and without these Assets it would not be possible to carry out the operations of the same; emphasizing that the correct management of these allows reflect in the Financial Statements real balances. To solve the problems found in the Maquita Cushunchic Foundation Marketing as Brothers Chimborazo-Bolivar on the control of inventories of Plant and Equipment and its impact on the Financial Statements, the proposal was developed detailing the step to Step your application and benefit the foundation. In the document the research topic is developed with its respective justification based on the current knowledge of the foundation, in order to determine its reality in relation to inventory control of plant and equipment and their impact on the results of the financial statements. Likewise to continue with the research, several authors were approached to learn about the subject; different methods were used such as deductive-inductive, synthetic analytical, which allowed to carry out the investigation and collect significant data through the use of the survey of the foundation's staff, the interview with the Manager and the observation of the facilities of the Maquita Cushunchic Foundation Marketing as Brothers Chimborazo- Bolívar. dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló el control del inventario de Propiedad Planta y Equipo con la finalidad de mejorar el control de los mismos y que este se vea reflejado en los Estados Financieros de la Fundación Maquita Cushunchic Comercializando como Hermanos Chimborazo – Bolívar. En la actualidad el control de inventarios de Propiedad Planta y Equipo es muy importante, pues este rubro está considerado como uno de los más representativos que posee la fundación, y sin estos Activos no se podría llevar a cabo las operaciones de la misma; recalcando que el correcto manejo de estos permite reflejar en los Estados Financieros saldos reales. Para dar solución a la problemática encontrada en la Fundación Maquita Cushunchic Comercializando como Hermanos Chimborazo- Bolívar sobre el control de inventarios de Propiedad Planta y Equipo y su repercusión en los Estados Financieros, se desarrolló la propuesta en la que se detalla paso a paso su aplicación y beneficiar a la fundación. En el documento se desarrolla el tema de investigación con su respectiva justificación radicando en el conocimiento actual de la fundación, para así determinar su realidad en lo referente al control de inventario de Propiedad Planta y Equipo y su incidencia en los resultados de los Estados Financieros. Así mismo para seguir con la investigación se acudió a varios autores para poder conocer sobre el tema; se utilizó diferentes métodos como son el deductivo- inductivo, analítico sintético y bibliográfico, los mismos que permitieron llevar a cabo la investigación y recolectar datos significativos a través de la utilización de la encuesta al personal de la fundación, la entrevista al Gerente y la observación de las instalaciones de la Fundación Maquita Cushunchic Comercializando como Hermanos Chimborazo- Bolívar.
