Resumen :	El propósito de la presente investigación es realizar un análisis acerca de la “Influencia de la inteligencia artificial en el sistema ordinario de justicia”; las ventajas que se derivan de su utilización, pero por sobre todo los efectos tantos negativos como positivos y las consecuencias que se derivan de su utilización; es evidente que en el mundo actual en constante cambio, la influencia de la inteligencia artificial y las tecnologías de aprendizaje automático en diversos aspectos de la vida ha generado preocupaciones acerca de posibles comportamientos injustos o discriminatorios exhibidos por estos sistemas; varios estudios han destacado la prevalencia y los efectos perjudiciales de los sesgos y problemas de equidad en la inteligencia artificial, especialmente en áreas críticas como las decisiones de sentencias en el sistema de justicia. La aplicación de la tecnología de inteligencia artificial puede analizar eficazmente los registros históricos, resumir las leyes y la legislación; más sin embargo la preocupación por las implicaciones éticas de usar inteligencia artificial en procedimientos judiciales actualmente es objeto de cuestionamiento; puesto que, los críticos plantean dudas sobre las implicaciones éticas de utilizar inteligencia artificial, especialmente en lo que respecta a los datos y algoritmos involucrados en los procesos de toma de decisiones legales, en este sentido, la discusión en torno al uso de la 3 inteligencia artificial en los procedimientos judiciales ha propiciado un intenso debate jurídico y ético; los críticos han planteado interrogantes sobre las implicaciones de utilizar inteligencia artificial y es ahí en donde se centra el presente trabajo de investigación. A medida que la influencia de la inteligencia artificial se expande en el sistema legal, resulta imperativo realizar un análisis investigativo que detalle sus implicaciones, limitaciones y posibilidades para conformar una sociedad más justa y equitativa; este análisis crítico se vuelve cada vez más necesario para comprender de qué manera la inteligencia artificial puede contribuir a la construcción de un sistema de justicia más justo y efectivo. Es imperante saber si las legislaciones en el mundo están preparadas legalmente para afrontar posibles inconvenientes legales que pueden surgir por el uso de la inteligencia artificial, además destacar si existe una regularización de los parámetros y limitaciones de su utilización en el sistema ordinario estatal. La metodología de la investigación de tipo cualitativa, con el método dogmático e interpretativo de la norma constitucional y legal, pues a través de estos métodos se ofrece una respuesta al problema tratado a partir de lo que cree la mejor reconstrucción posible permitida por el material jurídico que tiene a disposición; además Los hechos o fenómenos sociales estudiados en este trabajo son medibles y cuantificables mediré y estableceré relaciones causales entre las variables, para explicar el problema de estudio y la realidad social actual.
Descripción :	The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis of the "Influence of artificial intelligence on the ordinary justice system"; the advantages stemming from its use, but above all, the both negative and positive effects and consequences resulting from its utilization. It is evident that in the current ever-changing world, the influence of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in various aspects of life has raised concerns about possible unfair or discriminatory behaviors exhibited by these systems. Several studies have highlighted the prevalence and harmful effects of biases and equity issues in artificial intelligence, especially in critical areas such as sentencing decisions in the justice system. The application of artificial intelligence technology can effectively analyze historical records, summarize laws, and legislation; however, concerns about the ethical implications of using artificial intelligence in judicial procedures are currently under scrutiny. Critics raise doubts about the ethical implications of using artificial intelligence, especially regarding the data and algorithms involved in legal decision-making processes. In this sense, the discussion surrounding the use of artificial intelligence in judicial procedures has sparked intense legal and ethical debate. Critics have raised questions about the implications of using artificial intelligence, so it is the aspect that the present research focuses on. As the influence of artificial intelligence expands in the legal system, it becomes imperative to conduct investigative analysis detailing its implications, limitations, and possibilities to shape a more just and equitable society. This critical analysis becomes increasingly necessary to understand how artificial intelligence can contribute to the 5 construction of a fairer and more effective justice system. It is imperative to ascertain whether legislations worldwide are legally prepared to address potential legal issues that may arise from the use of artificial intelligence. Furthermore, it is crucial to highlight whether there is regulation of the parameters and limitations of its use in the ordinary state system. The research methodology is qualitative, employing the dogmatic and interpretative method of constitutional and legal norms. Through these methods, a response to the problem under study is provided based on the best possible reconstruction permitted by the legal material available. Additionally, since the facts or social phenomena studied in this work are measurable and quantifiable, I will measure and establish causal relationships between variables to explain the problem under study and the current social reality.
