Resumen :	La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el cumplimiento de las medidas de protección otorgado a víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar frente al debido proceso, esto, teniendo en cuenta si el Estado ecuatoriano cumple con las medidas de protección a las mujeres víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar. Al tratar sobre la garantía y efectividad de la protección de los derechos fundamentales de la mujer frente al debido proceso, conllevo a determinar si las medidas de protección a la mujer que es víctima de violencia intrafamiliar ayuda en el ejercicio del debido proceso, y cumplen con garantizar los derechos fundamentales de la víctima. Las medidas de protección a la mujer que es víctima de violencia intrafamiliar frente a las instituciones del Estado, cumplen con el principio de eficacia en la solución del conflicto social que genera el delito y por último se estableció cuál ha sido el fortalecimiento de las instituciones del Estado ecuatoriano, en las medidas de protección con el fin de prevenir los crímenes de violencia intrafamiliar. Las medidas se las debe dictar en vista de que la mujer resulta con daño o sufrimiento físico, sexual, mental incluida las amenazas las cuales son perpetradas por su marido o pareja. La metodología utilizada se sustenta en el enfoque cuantitativo al momento de efectuar los análisis doctrinales, legales y las encuestas realizadas en profundidad. La investigación a efectos de resolver el problema planteado se propone que por medio de trabajo social se dé seguimiento al cumplimento de las medidas de protección dictadas en beneficio de la mujer y del grupo familiar, cuya función será velar periódicamente - 3 - por la efectividad y cumplimiento de las medidas de protección que se dicten tanto en sede judicial y administrativa.
Descripción :	The general objective of this research was to determine compliance with the protection measures granted to victims of domestic violence in the face of due process, taking into account whether the Ecuadorian State complies with the measures to protect women, victims of domestic violence, in the guarantee and effectiveness of the protection of the fundamental rights of women. In the face of due process, To this end, it was determined whether the measures to protect women, victims of domestic violence, in the exercise of due process, guarantee the fundamental rights of the victim, as well as whether the measures to protect women, victims of domestic violence, vis-à-vis State institutions, comply with the principle of effectiveness in the solution of the social conflict that generates the crime and finally established what has been the strengthening of the institutions of the Ecuadorian State, in the protection measures in order to prevent crimes of domestic violence The measures should be dictated in view of the fact that the woman is left with physical, sexual, mental harm or suffering including threats which are perpetrated by the elder or by the partner. The methodology used was based on the quantitative approach totime to carry out doctrinal and legal analyses and surveys carried out in depth. In order to resolve the problem raised, it is proposed that social work should monitor compliancewith the protection measures issued for the benefit of women and the family group, whose function will be to periodically ensure the effectiveness and compliance with the protection measures issued both in judicial and administrative proceedings.
