dc.descriptionIn this research work we analyzed which is the incidence of industrial safety and occupational health in the labor environment of the company, this research was carried out through different methodologies, including field research which allowed us to collect data directly from the company, According to the implemented surveys we obtained results where we analyzed the perceptions and needs of the workers of the company D'ROLY in relation to industrial safety and occupational health, and the interview with the owner who expressed that the company has a code of Safety and Hygiene, and the interview conducted with the owner who expressed his interest in the implementation of safety and health standards at work in his company, according to the hypothesis was based on a positive since D' Roly has the potential to generate a positive impact on the workplace, thus improving the safety of employees, increasing productivity, reducing costs and improving the work environment, while the negative hypothesis is not met because if the company did not implement a model of safety and occupational health would not have no end this research. And it has ended with the conclusions and recommendations that emerged during the development of this research.es_MX
dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de investigación se analizó cual es la incidencia de la Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional en el ámbito laboral de la empresa, esta investigación se la llevó a cabo mediante distintas metodologías, entre ellas está la investigación de campo la que nos permitió recopilar datos directamente de la empresa, acerca de las normas de seguridad que esta tiene, así también, se pudo identificar que la empresa cuenta con un código de Seguridad e Higiene, de acuerdo a las encuestas implementadas se obtuvo resultados donde se analizó las percepciones y necesidades de los trabajadores de la empresa D´ROLY en relación con la seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional, y la entrevista realizada al dueño que expresó su interés en la aplicación de normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en su empresa , de acuerdo a la hipótesis se basó en una positiva ya que D’ ROLY tiene el potencial de generar un impacto positivo en el ámbito laboral, así mejorando la seguridad de los empleados, aumentando la productividad, reduciendo los costos y mejorando el clima laboral, mientras que la hipótesis negativa no se cumple debido a que si la empresa no implementara un modelo de seguridad y salud ocupacional no tendría fin esta investigación. Y se ha finalizado con las conclusiones y recomendaciones surgidas durante el desarrollo de esta investigación.es_MX
