Resumen :	Se realizó un estudio comparativo de sistemas ERP open source para automatizar procesos y actividades que realizan dentro de la gestión administrativa de talento humano donde se determinó que la diferencia entre sistemas ERP de código abierto es considerable, ya que estos sistemas al ser código abierto pueden ser modificables y adaptables según las necesidades de la organización, por ello se define que son sistemas flexibles con funcionalidades aptas para cubrir las diferentes necesidades dentro de las áreas existentes dentro de la organización. Por ello para realizar esta investigación, se aplicó una metodología exploratoria adjunto con un tipo de investigación bibliográfica para abarcar de manera más amplia los aspectos positivos que pueden ofrecer estos sistemas ERP dentro de las pymes, se tuvo un enfoque mixto para poder acaparar las necesidades que presentaron los trabajadores de la empresa en general. A través del estudio realizado, se evaluaron las necesidades que presentaban dentro del área de recursos humanos y tras la evaluación de los sistemas ERP candidatos, se optó por la mejor opción denominada OrangeHRM ya que es un software de código abierto, amigable con el usuario y eficiente en la solvencia de necesidades presentes dentro del área de talento humano ya que su enfoque es netamente para esta área. Por ello es recomendable realizar una investigación exhaustiva sobre los sistemas ERP Open source disponibles en el mercado para optar por el que mejor se adapte a las necesidades de la organización, adjunto avanzar en este proceso con un experto en el área. Descripción :	A comparative study of open source ERP systems was carried out to automate processes and activities carried out within the administrative management of human talent where it was determined that the difference between open source ERP systems is considerable, since these systems, being open source, can be modifiable and adaptable according to the needs of the organization, which is why they are defined as flexible systems with functionalities suitable to cover the different needs within the existing areas within the organization. Therefore, to carry out this research, an exploratory methodology was applied along with a type of bibliographic research to more broadly cover the positive aspects that these ERP systems can offer within SMEs, a mixed approach was taken to be able to capture the needs that presented by the company's workers in general. Through the study carried out, the needs presented within the human resources area were evaluated and after the evaluation of the candidate ERP systems, the best option called OrangeHRM was chosen since it is an open source software, user-friendly and efficient in solving current needs within the area of human talent since its focus is purely for this area. For this reason, it is advisable to carry out exhaustive research on the Open source ERP systems available on the market to choose the one that best suits the needs of the organization, along with advancing this process with an expert in the area.
