Resumen :	La investigación se centra en la disolución y reparto de las tierras en la hacienda María Olimpia, en la comunidad de Tablas. Con la llegada de la reforma agraria y la redistribución de las tierras se desarrolló un proceso de cambio en el aspecto económico, social y político de la comunidad. Esta investigación tiene un corte histórico y sociológico usando el método cualitativo a través de la aplicación de la herramienta historias de vida del dueño y sus trabajadores más cercanos de la hacienda María Olimpia. A la vez, se usará la observación y así explorar el fenómeno ocurrido después de la disolución con el reparto territorial de esta hacienda. El trabajo recogerá información bibliográfica de cómo ha ocurrido el proceso de la disolución y reparto territorial de la hacienda María Olimpia del Recinto Tablas, que traten sobre la historia de cómo accedieron a la tierra en el recinto antes mencionado, y así poder determinar las consecuencias económicas, sociales y políticas provocada por la disolución y el reparto de la hacienda María Olimpia. El objetivo principal que se busca realizar mediante esta investigación se basa en describir la relación entre disolución de la hacienda y reparto de la tierra de la hacienda María Olimpia en el recinto Tablas , mediante el uso de los objetivos específicos como el rastreo de información bibliográfica disponible sobre el proceso histórico, los procesos de inicio, auge de la hacienda María Olimpia a través de historias de vida y de esta forma describir empíricamente la relación entre disolución de la hacienda y reparto de tierras en la hacienda María Olimpia del Recinto Tablas. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se encontró diferentes características con respecto a la Hacienda María Olimpia algunas de ellas más relevantes que otras, pero lo más importante es qué no existió disolución de la misma, aún permanece en su estado normal sin desmembración esto se debe a los siguientes aspectos: la distancia, falta de camino para ingresar y la situación geográfica ya que se encuentra a orillas del Rio Chimbo por lo que no permitió que se ejecute la Reforma Agraria que se dio en el Ecuador en los años 60 y 70. Descripción :	The research focuses on the dissolution and distribution of land in the María Olimpia hacienda, in the community of Tablas. With the arrival of the agrarian reform and the redistribution of land, a process of change in the economic, social and political aspects of the community was developed. This research has a historical and sociological cut using the qualitative method through the application of the tool life stories of the owner and his closest workers of the Hacienda María Olimpia. At the same time, observation will be used to explore the phenomenon that occurred after the dissolution with the territorial distribution of this hacienda. The work will collect bibliographic information on how the process of the dissolution and territorial distribution of the María Olimpia hacienda in the Tablas precinct occurred, dealing with the history of how they gained access to the land in the aforementioned precinct, and thus be able to determine the economic, social and political consequences caused by the dissolution and distribution of the María Olimpia hacienda. The main objective of this research is based on describing the relationship between the dissolution of the hacienda and the distribution of the land of the María Olimpia hacienda in the Tablas precinct, through the use of specific objectives such as tracing available bibliographic information on the historical process, the processes of the beginning and the rise of the María Olimpia hacienda through life histories, and thus empirically describing the relationship between the dissolution of the hacienda and the distribution of land in the María Olimpia hacienda in the Tablas precinct. During the development of the investigation different characteristics were found with respect to the Hacienda Maria Olimpia, some of them more relevant than others, but the most important thing is that there was no dissolution of it, it still remains in its normal state without dismemberment, this is due to the following aspects such as: the distance, lack of road to enter and the geographical location as it is located on the banks of the Rio Chimbo, which did not allow the implementation of the Agrarian Reform that occurred in Ecuador in the 60s and 70s.
