Resumen :	El trabajo de investigación que se titula: “El trabajo infantil y su incidencia en el derecho al desarrollo integral del menor, en el cantón Guaranda, año 2021” Se centro en analizar las características del desarrollo integral del menor, como fin último de todos los derechos de la niñez y adolescencia; y, la aplicación del principio del interés superior del niño, en los actos y decisiones de la administración pública. Así también, se describió el acto ilegal de la explotación infantil como atentatorio del desarrollo integral del menor, por la restricción inhumana de derechos que conlleva; para esto, fue necesario diferenciar la conducta ilegal de otra figura jurídica denominada: “trabajo del adolescente” que, es un medio de subsistencia necesario. Evidentemente, la problemática del tema es que el acto ilegal de la explotación infantil vulnera todos los derechos de la niñez y la adolescencia, porque se opone a la educación, esparcimiento, desarrollo cultural, entre tantos otros derechos; por ende, violenta abiertamente el desarrollo integral del menor. En estas consideraciones, el objetivo general del presente trabajo investigativo se concentró en determinar el grado de afectación del derecho al desarrollo integral del menor, a causa del trabajo infantil, concluyéndose que tal conducta ilegal afecta negativamente los derechos minoriles. La justificación del presente tema investigativo se basa en que los Derechos de la Niñez y la Adolescencia son parte de los Instrumentos Internacionales y se hallan constitucionalizados en Ecuador Estado Constitucional de Derechos, por tanto, poseen una especial importancia y en el actual tema, se evidencia su vulneración, ya que la explotación infantil es en esencia transgresora del principio del desarrollo integral del menor. Metodología: dentro de la metodología se 2 estructuró la presente investigación de la siguiente forma: El enfoque es cualitativo, por ser propio del Derecho. El alcance es descriptivo porque debió analizarse las características propias de cada figura jurídica que comprenden el tema. El método de investigación predominante es el interpretativo, en forma literal en cuanto a la normativa y, sistemático, para organizar y analizar la gran cantidad de documentos tratados. La técnica de investigación utilizada es la revisión bibliográfica por tratarse de una investigación pura o teórica; y, en esta misma razón el instrumento utilizado fue la guía de observación. Para contrastación de la investigación, se elaboró encuestas a los sujetos involucrados. Para terminar, se arribó a las principales conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo.
Descripción :	The research work entitled: "Child labor and its impact on the right to integral development of children in the canton Guaranda, year 2021" focused on analyzing the characteristics of the integral development of children, as the ultimate goal of all the rights of children and adolescents; and the application of the principle of the best interest of the child, in the acts and decisions of public administration. Also, the illegal act of child exploitation was described as an attempt against the integral development of the minor, due to the inhuman restriction of rights it entails; for this, it was necessary to differentiate the illegal conduct from another legal figure called: "adolescent work", which is a necessary means of subsistence. Evidently, the problem of the subject is that the illegal act of child exploitation violates all the rights of children and adolescents, because it opposes education, recreation, cultural development, among many other rights; therefore, it openly violates the integral development of the minor. In these considerations, the general objective of this research work focused on determining the degree of affectation of the right to integral development of the minor, due to child labor, concluding that such illegal conduct negatively affects the rights of minors. The justification of this research topic is based on the fact that the Rights of Children and Adolescents are part of the International Instruments and are constitutionalized in Ecuador Constitutional State of Rights, therefore, they have a special importance and in the current topic, their violation is evidenced, since child exploitation is in essence a transgression of the principle of the integral development of the minor. Methodology: within the methodology, the present research was structured as follows: The approach is qualitative, as it is proper to Law. The scope is descriptive because the characteristics of each legal figure comprising the topic had to be analyzed. The predominant research method is the interpretative one, in a literal way in terms of the regulations and, systematic, to organize and 4 analyze the large amount of documents dealt with. The research technique used is the bibliographic review because it is a pure or theoretical research; and, for the same reason, the instrument used was the observation guide. In order to contrast the research, surveys were elaborated to the subjects involved. Finally, the main conclusions and recommendations of the study were drawn. Key words: integral development of the minor, child exploitation, adolescent labor, best interest of the child.
