Resumen :	La Constitución de la Republica del Ecuador es garantista de derechos, por ende acorde al Art. 98 Derecho a la Resistencia, se desarrolló el levantamiento y manifestaciones ciudadanas convocadas previo análisis de la magna Confederación de Nacionalidades Indígenas de la Amazonía Ecuatoriana – CONFENIAE, base de la Confederación de Organizaciones Indígenas del Ecuador – CONAIE, dentro de varias agendas internas y actividades realizadas en cada provincia del país, en la ciudad de Puyo utilizando como un medio constitucional de dar a conocer y manifestar su inconformidad a las políticas económicas y extractivistas del gobierno de Guillermo Lasso, dentro de varias temáticas, el más urgente fue la suba de combustible que llevó a cabo manifestaciones indígenas (protestas sociales), las mismas que a su vez, acontecieron en el Cantón Puyo, la investigación está desarrollada desde un punto de vista analítico, interpretativo y legal sobre las causas y efectos prejudiciales, judiciales y derechos constitucionales que de manera evidente se han vulnerado producto de ejercer el derecho a la resistencia en mencionadas manifestaciones. El análisis jurídico sobre el derecho a la resistencia en el levantamiento y manifestaciones realizadas en la ciudad de Puyo en el mes de junio del 2022, nos permitirá determinar los derechos vulnerados establecidos en la Constitución de la Republica del Ecuador, dado que los ciudadanos, en el ejercicio de sus derechos individuales o colectivos, tienen la libertad de manifestarse de manera pacífica, pero hasta qué punto será admisible tolerar las necesidades insatisfechas y el quemeimportismo específicamente hacia las comunidades rurales. Estas y otras interrogantes se verán reflejadas gracias a encuestas, entrevistas, y todo tipo de recopilación de datos informativos realizados en la población de San Jacinto, tanto a trabajadores, emprendedores, agricultores, y ciudadanía en general. La metodología utilizada en el estudio es de corte mixta, mediante la investigación analítica, deductiva, bibliográfica, y jurídica; haciendo énfasis a la problemática planteada desde una perspectiva social, lo cual ha servido para adquirir múltiples conocimientos referente al tema, permitiendo a su vez obtener resultados que generen un amplio y minucioso estudio de la temática abordada y los problemas sociales que conlleva, de la misma manera obtener y generar conclusiones y recomendaciones que se espera y sean aceptadas en su totalidad, puesto que serán de amplio y gran utilidad para futuras investigaciones, sobre todo en demostrar las contradicciones y vacíos legales existentes a la hora de estigmatizar y criminalizar las manifestaciones por parte del Estado. Descripción :	The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador is a guarantee of rights, therefore, according to art. 98 Right to Resistance, the uprising and citizen demonstrations called after analysis by the great Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of the Ecuadorian Amazon - CONFENIAE, base of the Confederation of Indigenous Organizations of Ecuador - CONAIE, were carried out within various internal agendas and activities carried out in each province of the country, in the city of Puyo, using as a constitutional means of publicizing and expressing their disagreement with the economic and extractivist policies of the Government of Guillermo Lasso, among various issues, the most urgent being the rise in fuel that led carried out indigenous demonstrations (social protests), the same ones that, in turn, took place in the Puyo canton. This investigation is developed from an analytical, interpretive and legal point of view on the causes and prejudicial, judicial effects and constitutional rights that have obviously been violated as a result of exercising the right to resistance in said demonstrations. The legal analysis on the right to resistance in the uprising and demonstrations carried out in the city of Puyo in June 2022 will allow us to determine the violated rights established in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, given that citizens, in the exercise of their individual or collective rights, they are free to demonstrate peacefully, but to what extent will it be admissible to tolerate poverty, unsatisfied needs and the lack of importance specifically towards rural communities. These and other questions will be reflected thanks to surveys, interviews, and all kinds of informational data collection carried out in the population of San Jacinto, both workers, entrepreneurs, farmers, and citizens in general. The methodology used in the study is mixed, through analytical, deductive, bibliographical, and legal research; emphasizing the problem raised from a social perspective, which has served to acquire multiple knowledge regarding the subject, allowing in turn to obtain results that generate a broad and detailed study of the subject addressed and the social problems that it entails, in the same way way to obtain and generate conclusions and recommendations that are expected to be accepted in their entirety, since they will be widely and very useful for future investigations, especially in demonstrating the contradictions and legal loopholes that exist when it comes to stigmatizing and criminalizing demonstrations by of the State.
