Resumen :	La presente investigación radica en el fenómeno de la precariedad laboral dentro del mercado laboral, donde se pretende establecer las condiciones que vincula al trabajador joven y las condiciones para desarrollarse en el ámbito laboral, ya que dentro del tema abordado al hablar de la precarización laboral se inmiscuye a la inestabilidad del empleo, donde se ven restringidos varios derechos laborales. Se debe tener en cuenta que la precariedad laboral es aquella situación donde los trabajadores son objetos a la inseguridad e irrespeto de lo contemplado como garantías del trabajo; donde se relaciona al escaso acceso a la seguridad social, salarios que desmerecen el trabajo brindado, excesivas horas de trabajo sin una remuneración justa, e incluso en el ambiente laboral que desencadena afectaciones tanto físicas como psicológicas de los trabajadores y finalmente desemboca en el desempleo; a esto se incluye que los jóvenes en la actualidad son propensos a desarrollar actividades laborales bajo la precarización laboral, ya que el poco conocimiento, la necesidad de abrirse al campo laboral y la necesidad de adquirir y conservar el empleo, aceptan condiciones de trabajo que claramente recae en el fenómeno objeto al estudio. El primer capítulo va a consistir en los antecedentes históricos que engloba todo lo referente a la historia de la precarización laboral desde varias perspectivas, lo cual permitirá tener pilares fundamentales para el desarrollo del proyecto de investigación, esto dará inicio para poder determinar el objetivo de la realidad de la precariedad laboral al igual si inmiscuirá en la definición concreta de jóvenes trabajadores, donde se contemplará las condiciones en las que laboran, también el proyecto de investigación se sustentará bajo estudios, investigaciones, doctrina, jurisprudencia etc. Y tiene como finalidad realizar una síntesis clara y concisa sobre el proyecto, considerando la temática abordada, la justificación de la investigación que se propone, la XV metodología que se utilizará y se indicara cuáles serán los resultados esperados. Al igual mencionar la necesidad que existe en el Ecuador para el respeto de la normativa legal y se formule medidas que permita evaluar y disminuir de manera urgente la precarización laboral. Descripción :	The present investigation is based on the phenomenon of labor insecurity within the labor market, where it is intended to establish the conditions that link the young worker and the conditions to develop in the workplace, since within the topic addressed when talking about labor precariousness, it interferes with the instability of employment, where various labor rights are restricted. It should be taken into account that job insecurity is that situation where workers are subjected to insecurity and disrespect for what is contemplated as job guarantees; where it is related to little access to social security, wages that detract from the work provided, excessive hours of work without fair remuneration, and even in the work environment that triggers both physical and psychological effects on workers and finally leads to unemployment; This includes the fact that young people are currently prone to developing work activities under job insecurity, since little knowledge, the need to open up to the labor field and the need to acquire and maintain employment, accept working conditions that clearly falls on the phenomenon under study. The first chapter will consist of the historical background that encompasses everything related to the history of job insecurity from various perspectives, which will allow having fundamental pillars for the development of the research project, this will start to determine the objective of the investigation. reality of job insecurity as well as if it will XVI interfere in the specific definition of young workers, where the conditions in which they work will be considered, also the research project will be supported by studies, investigations, doctrine, jurisprudence, etc. And its purpose is to make a clear and concise synthesis about the project, considering the topic addressed, the justification of the research that is proposed, the methodology that will be used and it will be indicated that the expected results will be. As well as mentioning the need that exists in Ecuador for the respect of legal regulations and formulating measures that allow evaluating and urgently reducing labor precariousness.
