Resumen :	La presente investigación trata el tema titulado: “El derecho del régimen de visitas como garantía de la convivencia familiar, en el cantón San Miguel Provincia Bolívar, año 2021” Deduciendo que el régimen de visitas es un espacio para la comunicación familiar, esto a pesar de que, la familia nuclear -padre, madre e hijos- debería poder compartir el tiempo que desee, por cuanto esto es saludable para el menor. No obstante, la realidad social determina que las parejas se separan, ante lo cual subsiste el problema de establecer la situación en la que deben quedar los hijos, que fragmentado el hogar deben permanecer al cuidado de uno de sus padres. El régimen de visitas es la solución imperfecta que ha dado el Derecho para normar este tema, estableciendo un espacio de tiempo en el cual el padre que no convive son sus hijos puede comunicarse con ellos, lo cual se fundamenta en el derecho que posee el menor a la convivencia familiar, el cuál propenderá a su desarrollo integral y de esta forma coadyubará al despliegue de sus facultades. En este sentido, debe puntualizarse la importancia que posee la familia para la formación del ser humano a toda edad, pero en el caso de los niños, niñas y adolescentes conlleva un carácter especial, ya que en el proceso formativo de un niño la connotación de sus padres es de vital importancia, tanto en lo que especta a la crianza, como en lo relacionado a la protección moral de los valores que se le inculquen la menor. En esta forma, es que las visitas resultan ser trascendentes para el menor, pues es el único espacio que tiene el padre que no convive con este, para de esta forma garantizar el derecho a la convivencia que sostiene la Carta Magna. Por estas consideraciones, el objetivo general de este trabajo será determinar la efectividad del régimen de visitas como garantía de la convivencia familiar, en el cantón San Miguel-Provincia de Bolívar, 10 año 2022. La metodología a ser utilizada tendrá un enfoque cualitativo, de alcance descriptivo, el método será el analítico deductivo, la técnica será la revisión bibliográfica y el procesamiento de la información se realizará por la lectura progresiva. Finalmente, se llegará a las conclusiones y recomendaciones principales.
Descripción :	This research deals with the topic entitled: "The right of visitation as a guarantee of family coexistence in the canton of San Miguel, Province of Bolivar, year 2021", deducing that the visitation regime is a space for family communication, although the nuclear family - father, mother and children - should be able to share the time they want, as this is healthy for the child. Nevertheless, the social reality determines that the couples separate, in view of which the problem of establishing the situation in which the children should be left, who, with the home fragmented, should remain in the care of one of their parents, remains. The visiting regime is the imperfect solution that the Law has given to regulate this issue, establishing a space of time in which the father who does not live with his children can communicate with them, which is based on the right that the minor has to the family coexistence, which will tend to his integral development and in this way will contribute to the deployment of his faculties. In this sense, it must be pointed out the importance of the family for the formation of the human being at all ages, but in the case of children and adolescents it has a special character, since in the formative process of a child the connotation of his parents is of vital importance, both in what concerns the upbringing, as well as in what is related to the moral protection of the values that are inculcated in the minor. In this way, visitation is transcendental for the child, since it is the only space that the father who does not live with him has, in order to guarantee the right to coexistence that the Magna Carta sustains. For these considerations, the general objective of this work will be to determine the effectiveness of the visitation regime as a guarantee of family coexistence, in the canton of San Miguel - Province of Bolivar, year 2022. The methodology to be used will have a qualitative approach, of descriptive scope, the method will be the analytical deductive method, the technique will be the bibliographic 12 review and the processing of the information will be done by progressive reading. Finally, conclusions and main recommendations will be drawn. Key words: Family communication, integral development of the child, best interest of the child.
