Resumen :	El trabajo de investigación titulado: “La adopción frente al derecho de desarrollo integral del menor, en el cantón Ambato, año 2021” Se propone analizar a la figura jurídica adoptiva como un mecanismo para la protección del menor de edad, al incorporarlo a una familia que le brindará cuidados. La adopción se creó en el Derecho como una ficción que iguala los derechos del padre adoptivo con los del padre natural y, los derechos del hijo adoptivo con los del hijo natural, asimilando en todo a una relación paterno-materno-filial. Es en esta razón que, puede argumentarse con toda lógica que la figura adoptiva protege el desarrollo integral del niño o niña que es adoptado, puesto que, por diversas circunstancias los padres naturales abandonan a sus hijos menores de edad dejándolos en una situación de expósitos; esto es, en una situación de peligro evidente. Por lo cual, la figura adoptiva busca la protección del menor al incorporarlo en una familia adoptiva que, tenderá a su desarrollo integral, en cumplimiento a que establece la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, ya que, si la familia natural del menor lo abandonó, el niño o niña tienen derecho a ser incorporado a otro seno familiar. Por estas circunstancias el problema de investigación es: ¿Cómo incide la adopción en el desarrollo integral del menor, al otorgarle artificialmente una familia, en el cantón Ambato, año 2021? Dando a entender que, la adopción es una solución para los niños y niñas abandonados, a fin de que desplieguen sus facultades mediante el desarrollo integral en el medio familiar. Por lo cual, el objetivo general del trabajo será determinar los derechos generados artificialmente por la adopción y que coadyuvan al desarrollo integral del menor, en el cantón Ambato, año 2021. La metodología a ser utilizada será: cualitativa de alcance descriptivo, bajo el método deductivo, con técnica de revisión bibliográfica y procesamiento por la lectura crítica y sistemática de la información. Finalmente se arribará a las conclusiones del trabajo.
Descripción :	The research work entitled: "Adoption and the right to the integral development of the minor in the canton of Ambato, year 2021" proposes to analyze the legal figure of adoption as a mechanism for the protection of the minor, by incorporating him/her into a family that will provide him/her with care. Adoption was created in law as a fiction that equates the rights of the adoptive parent with those of the natural parent and the rights of the adoptive child with those of the natural child, assimilating everything to a paternal-maternal-filial relationship. It is for this reason that, it can be argued with all logic that the adoptive figure protects the integral development of the child who is adopted, since, for diverse circumstances the natural parents abandon their minor children leaving them in a situation of foundlings; that is to say, in a situation of evident danger. Therefore, the adoptive figure seeks the protection of the minor by incorporating him/her in an adoptive family that will tend to his/her integral development, in compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, since, if the natural family of the minor abandoned him/her, the boy or girl has the right to be incorporated to another family. Under these circumstances, the research problem is: How does adoption affect the integral development of the child, by artificially granting him/her a family, in the canton of Ambato, year 2021? It is understood that adoption is a solution for abandoned children, so that they can develop their faculties through integral development in a family environment. Therefore, the general objective of the work will be to determine the rights artificially generated by adoption and that contribute to the integral development of the minor, in the canton of Ambato, year 2021. The methodology to be used will be: qualitative of descriptive scope, under the deductive method, with bibliographic review technique and processing by critical 11 and systematic reading of the information. Finally, the principals conclusions of the work will be drawn. Key words: Adoption, integral development of the minor, children's rights, family law.
