Resumen :	Este trabajo investigativo está orientado al problema de la ergonomía en las aulas de clases y las consecuencias que sufren muchos educandos y que poco o nada hacen los docentes y autoridades para mejorar esta problemática que termina en consecuencias graves en el estado físico y emocional de los educandos. El tema con el que se identifica esta investigación de denomina: “LA ERGONOMÍA DE LOS AGENTES INTERNOS Y EL NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA ESCUELA DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO, DEL CANTON CALUMA, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR PERIODO 2022 – 2023, mismo que a continuación se va complementando con sus elementos que le fortalecen, así tenemos el problema, que fue planteado de la siguiente manera: El desconocimiento de la ergonomía de los agentes internos incide en el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes de la escuela de educación general básica Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, del cantón Caluma, provincia Bolívar periodo 2022 – 2023. Obviamente con sus antecedentes y justificación, para luego plantearnos los objetivos, el general y sus específicos, que se convierten en las tareas a desarrollar durante la investigación: A continuación, se reforzó la investigación con el marco teórico, mismo que habla sobre la ergonomía y el grado de satisfacción en los educandos durante el proceso de aprendizaje, y como no podía ser de otra manera, tenemos los resultados de la investigación, con sus respectivas conclusiones y por último esta adjunto las citas bibliografías
Descripción :	This investigative work is oriented to the problem of ergonomics in the classroom and the consequences that many students suffer and that teachers and authorities do little or nothing to improve this problem that ends in serious consequences in the physical and emotional state of the students. The theme with which this research is identified is called: "THE ERGONOMICS OF INTERNAL AGENTS AND THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION OF STUDENTS OF THE ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION SCHOOL, OF CALUMA CANTON, BOLÍVAR PROVINCE PERIOD 2022 - 2023, same which is then complemented with its elements that strengthen it, thus we have the problem, which was stated as follows: The ignorance of the ergonomics of the internal agents affects the level of satisfaction of the students of the general education school Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, from the Caluma canton, Bolívar province, period 2022- 2023. Obviously with its background and justification, to then consider the general and specific objectives, which become the tasks to be developed during the investigation: Next, the research was reinforced with the theoretical framework, which talks about ergonomics and the degree of satisfaction in the students during the learning process, and how could it be otherwise, we have the results of the research, with their respective conclusions and finally the bibliographic citations are attached
