Resumen :	El presente proyecto de investigación denominado Evaluación de la Libreta Integral de Salud asociada a la aplicabilidad en el cuidado de niños de 0 a 5 años. Centro de Salud Simiatug. Periodo diciembre 2022 – abril 2023, tiene como Objetivo: Evaluar la libreta integral de salud y su aplicabilidad en el cuidado de niños de 0 a 5 años de edad en el centro de salud Simiatug, mediante la información obtenida, con la aplicación de instrumentos, en la investigación de campo se valoró la Libreta Integral de Salud, determinando las causas de la problemática que influyen en el cuidado de niños de 0 a 5 años. Método: es una investigación cuantitativa debido a que todos los datos se obtuvieron a partir de la aplicación de encuestas, apoyadas de una observación abierta, a estas técnicas se le asignaron puntuaciones que permitieron determinar las posibles falencias en el proceso tomando en consideración como informantes al personal de salud y a los padres, madres o personas responsables de los niños de 0 a 5 años, para tabular la información se utilizó la hoja de cálculo del programa Microsoft Excel, misma que permite en base a tablas mostrar las frecuencias obtenidas en cada interrogante de los cuestionarios aplicados, finalmente se presenta una Guía Educomunicativa que pretende concientizar a un correcto uso de la Libreta Integral de Salud, como instrumento asociado al cuidado de niños de 0 a 5 años en el Centro de Salud Simiatug. Descripción :	The present research project called Evaluation of the Comprehensive Health Book associated with the applicability in the care of children from 0 to 5 years. Simiatug Health Center. Period December 2022 – April 2023, its objective is to: Evaluate the comprehensive health booklet and its applicability in the care of children from 0 to 5 years of age in the Simiatug health center, through the information obtained, with the application of instruments, In the field research, the Comprehensive Health Book was evaluated, determining the causes of the problems that influence the care of children from 0 to 5 years of age. Method: it is a quantitative investigation because all the data was obtained from the application of surveys, supported by an open observation, these techniques were assigned scores that allowed to determine the possible shortcomings in the process taking into consideration as informants the health personnel and fathers, mothers or persons responsible for children from 0 to 5 years old, to tabulate the information, the spreadsheet of the Microsoft Excel program was used, which allows, based on tables, to show the frequencies obtained in each question of the questionnaires applied, finally an Educommunication Guide is presented that aims to raise awareness of the correct use of the Comprehensive Health Book, as an instrument associated with the care of children from 0 to 5 years of age at the Simiatug Health Center.
