Resumen :	RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo por objeto analizar la relación madre- hijo asociado a la práctica de lactancia materna en madres adolescentes que asisten al Centro de Salud Mera, se partió de un planteamiento y formulación de problema el cual permitió justificar y formular los objetivos de estudio de una manera clara. Posterior a ello, se presentó un marco teórico estructurad, el mismo que contiene antecedentes investigativos, bases teóricas y definición de términos; esto ayudó realizar un estudio pertinente de las variables identificadas. Seguidamente, se estableció la metodología adecuada que permita el normal proceso de investigación, esta contó con un enfoque cuantitativo con método deductivo de tipo descriptivo, para lo cual, fue necesario el levantamiento de información mediante encuestas aplicadas a una población de 20 madres adolescentes que acuden a sus controles en el Centro de Salud Mera. Los resultados permitieron identificar que las madres adolescentes no tienen los conocimientos necesarios acerca de la Lactancia Materna Exclusiva (LME). Finalmente, se aplicó una ficha Massiel Campbell acerca de la Escala de valoración del vínculo madre – hijo, el cual permitió conocer que el vínculo madre – hijo es variado, es así que, en la respuesta del niño/a el 55% tuvieron un evento de apego seguro hacia su madre, mientras que en la respuesta de la madre durante el evento estresante se determinó que el 45% mantiene un apego ambivalente y otro porcentaje similar demostró un apego seguro hacia su hijo/a. Descripción :	ABSTRACT The purpose of this research work was to analyze the mother-child relationship associated with the practice of breastfeeding in adolescent mothers who attend the Mera Health Center, starting from an approach and problem formulation which allowed justifying and formulating the objectives of study clearly. After that, a structured theoretical framework was presented, the same one that contains investigative background, theoretical bases and definition of terms; this helped to carry out a pertinent study of the identified variables. Next, the appropriate methodology was established that allows the normal research process, this had a quantitative approach with a deductive method of a descriptive type, for which it was necessary to collect information through surveys applied to a population of 20 adolescent mothers who attend to their controls at the Mera Health Center. The results allowed us to identify that adolescent mothers do not have the necessary knowledge about Exclusive Breastfeeding (LME). Finally, a Massiel Campbell file on the Mother-Child Bond Assessment Scale was applied, which allowed us to know that the mother-child bond is varied, so that, in the child's response, 55% had an event of secure attachment to their mother, while in the mother's response during the stressful event it was determined that 45% maintain an ambivalent attachment and another similar percentage demonstrated a secure attachment to their child.
