Resumen :	RESUMEN EJECUTIVO La creciente demanda de atención en salud pública y el avance de la tecnología, incita la necesidad de fortalecer los sistemas de información. En este sentido, la historia clínica digital se considera una herramienta que favorece la seguridad y la accesibilidad de información del paciente. A partir de lo antes expuesto se presenta el proyecto de investigación cuyo objetivo es determinar el uso de la historia clínica digital asociada a la gestión del cuidado enfermero en el Centro de Salud Cordero Crespo, perteneciente al primer nivel de atención, donde el profesional de enfermería junto de la mano con la tecnología favorece en la función de las actividades, intervenciones y procedimientos para poder gestionar en el usuario cuidados de calidad y eficacia mejorando salud y la relación enfermero-paciente. El diseño de la presente es descriptivo, cuantitativo, transversal y exploratorio, la recolección de información se realizó mediante la aplicación de encuestas que constan de 16 preguntas previamente revisadas y validadas con profesionales de enfermería, que constó de 8 personas. Dentro de los resultados se evidenció que todo el personal utiliza un programa digital para ingresar la información del paciente mediante la plataforma digital PRAS implementada por el MSP, así mismo se afirma la amigabilidad que el sistema ofrece. De acuerdo a la capacitación del personal el 75% mencionaron que la han recibido de manera ocasional, mientras que son coincidente los criterios de que nunca han recibido capacitación y de haberla recibido de manera frecuente (12,5%). De igual manera, predomina el criterio afirmativo respecto al apoyo de la gestión del cuidado enfermero por el uso de la historia clínica digital debido a que ayuda a la disminución del tiempo de atención, brinda una mejor accesibilidad, seguridad y control de la información mejorando la calidad y eficiencia del cuidado. Descripción :	ABSTRACT The growing demand for public health care and the advancement of technology encourage the need to strengthen information systems. In this sense, the digital medical record is considered a tool that favors the security and accessibility of patient information. That is why the research project is presented whose objective is to determine the use of the digital clinical history associated with the management of nursing care at the Cordero Crespo Health Center, belonging to the first level of care, where the nursing professional together with The hand of technology helps in the use of activities, interventions and procedures to be able to manage quality care and efficiency in the user, improving health and the nurse-patient relationship. The design of this is descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional and exploratory, the collection of information was carried out through the application of surveys that consist of 16 previously reviewed and validated questions to the nursing staff, which consisted of 8 people. Within the results, it was evidenced that all the personnel use a digital program to enter the patient's information through the PRAS digital platform implemented by the MSP, likewise the friendliness that the system offers is affirmed. According to the training of the personnel, 75% of the personnel mentioned that they have received it occasionally, while the criteria that they have never received training and that they have received it frequently (12.5%) agree. In the same way, the affirmative criterion predominates regarding the support of nursing care management through the use of the digital clinical history because it helps to reduce the time of care, provides better accessibility, security and control of information, improving the quality and efficiency of care.
