Resumen :	La Escuela de Capacitación de Choferes Profesionales de San Miguel de Bolívar viene laborando por algunos años, sin que hasta el momento se haya realizado un estudio de impacto que permita conocer si realmente se está cumpliendo con la responsabilidad social por parte de dicha institución; siendo el objetivo de este trabajo desarrollar el estudio de impacto a través de la investigación para determinar las acciones que debe llevar a cabo con respecto a la responsabilidad social de la escuela de Choferes profesionales de San Miguel, en el año 2022; y la hipótesis plantea que si el estudio permitirá cumplir con la responsabilidad social de la Escuela. En cuanto a la metodología de trabajo es de carácter mixta porque es cualitativa y cuantitativa; de otro lado los resultados alcanzados muestran que el impacto de la institución en la comunidad es bueno, pero que se requieren de cambios en el currículo y mejoras en las instalaciones para cumplir a cabalidad con la responsabilidad social. Por lo que se recomienda llevar a cabo un proceso de capacitación del personal de la Escuela para que el impacto de la responsabilidad social sea muy alto y por consiguiente se alcancen los objetivos establecidos tanto a nivel de institución como del entorno social y del medioambiente. Descripción :	The School of Qualification of Choferes Professional of San Miguel de Bolivar comes toiling by some years, without until the moment an impact study has been made that allows to know if really it is being fulfilled the social responsibility on the part of this institution; being the objective of this work for developing to the study of impact a traverse of the investigation to determine the actions that must carry out with respect to professional the social responsibility of the school of Choferes of San Miguel, in 2022; and the hypothesis raises that if the study will allow to fulfill the social responsibility of the School. As far as the methodology of mixed work it is of character because she is qualitative and quantitative; of another side the reached results show that the impact of the institution in the community is good, but that they are required of changes in currículo and improvements in the facilities to fulfill to cabalidad with the social responsibility. Reason why it is recommended to carry out a process of qualification of the personnel of the School so that the impact of the social responsibility is very high and therefore the established objectives are reached so much to level of institution as of the social surroundings and the medioambiente.
