Resumen :	La investigación titulada: “Análisis jurídico del incremento del trabajo infantil en el cantón Chimbo desde el 2021”, tiene como objetivos la fundamentación teórica sobre el trabajo infantil y su aumento a partir del año 2021, es decir posterior a la pandemia. Además, establecer las causas y consecuencias del incremento del trabajo infantil en el cantón Chimbo desde el 2021 y finalmente se concluye con la socialización sobre la normativa existente en cuanto a los derechos que tienen los niños, dicha socialización se la realizará a los entes reguladores que se encargan de la protección de derechos infantiles en el cantón Chimbo con la finalidad de regularizar el trabajo infantil. Debido a que es un tema que tiene un fuerte impacto social y tiene implicaciones jurídicas. La metodología que se propone con base en un enfoque cualitativo – cuantitativo. Este es cualitativo porque se va a realizar un análisis bibliográfico documental en relevancia al trabajo infantil y su aumento desde el año 2021 hasta la actualidad dentro del cantón Chimbo. Y por otro lado se considera cuantitativo, debido a que se realizará la recolección de datos cuantitativos por medio de una encuesta y una entrevista para dar respuesta a las preguntas que iniciaron la investigación. Además de ello la información se organizará basada a una investigación descriptiva, de campo y documental. La información se recolectará usando una encuesta y una entrevista, esta última se lo realizará a profesionales del Derecho y las encuestas a ciudadanos del cantón Chimbo. Detallándose así la primera encuesta que será aplicada a los ciudadanos que acuden al cantón Chimbo de lugares aledaños con la finalidad de obtener información objetiva con lo que respecta al conocimiento o desconocimiento de la normativa con relación al trabajo infantil. La entrevista a los Abogados en libre ejercicio que laboran en el cantón Chimbo, con la finalidad de poder obtener un criterio técnico acerca del trabajo infantil en el Ecuador. El instrumento que se utilizará son dos cuestionarios de base estructurada con preguntas cerradas que serán definidos previamente. Además, por ser una investigación de carácter cualitativo se utilizará el análisis de documentos como instrumento de recolección de datos bibliográficos.
Descripción :	The research entitled: Legal analysis of the increase in child labor in the Chimbo canton since 2021, has as its objectives the theoretical foundation on child labor and its increase as of 2021, that is, after the Coronavirus pandemic. In addition, to establish the causes and consequences of the increase in child labor in the Chimbo canton since 2021 and finally concluding with the socialization of the existing regulations regarding the rights that children have, the aforementioned socialization will be carried out to the regulatory entities that They are in charge of the protection of children's rights in the Chimbo canton with the aim of regularizing child labor. Because it is an issue that has a strong social impact and has legal implications, a methodology based on a qualitative-quantitative approach is proposed. It is considered qualitative because a bibliographic and documentary analysis will be carried out with relevance to child labor and its increase from 2021 to the present, within the Chimbo canton. And on the other hand it is considered quantitative, because the collection of quantitative data will be carried out through a survey and an interview to answer the questions that began the investigation. In addition to this, the information will be organized based on descriptive, field and documentary research. The information will be collected using a survey and an interview, the latter will be carried out with legal professionals and surveys with citizens of the Chimbo canton. Thus detailing the first survey that will be applied to citizens who come to the Chimbo canton from nearby places in order to obtain objective information regarding knowledge or ignorance of the regulations in relation to child labor. The interview with the lawyers in free practice who work in the Chimbo canton, in order to obtain a technical 4 criterion about child labor in Ecuador. The instrument that will be used are two structured-based questionnaires with closed questions that will be previously defined. In addition, because it is a qualitative research, the analysis of documents will be used as a tool for collecting bibliographic data.
