Resumen :	El presente trabajo investigativo se realizó sobre el tema “Las tics en el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje en los estudiantes de noveno año paralelo “A” de la Unidad Educativa Guaranda. El enfoque de nuestra investigación es cuantitativo ya que se trabajó con 7 educadores y 27 estudiantes los cuales nos sirvió para determinar la influencia de las tics en el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje, además los resultados obtenidos se lograron obtener gracias a la aplicación de una encuesta. Se realizó un estudio cuyo objetivo es dar a conocer cómo influye el uso de la herramienta digital “Nearpod” y como proporciona un mejor proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje a través de la interacción entre docentes y estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Guaranda, por lo tanto, se concluye que la utilización de dicha herramienta requiere de incentivación, hay que empezar a verlas como tecnologías para el aprendizaje, el conocimiento y la participación, pues de cierta manera en esta nueva sociedad nos exige cambios presurosos de actualización y capacitación tanto para estudiantes como para los docentes de todas las instituciones educativas del país
Descripción :	The present investigative work was carried out on the topic “Use of Tics for the improvement of the teaching – learning process through the interaction between teachers and students of ninth year parallel “A” in the Guaranda Educational Unit”. The focus of our research is quantitative since we worked with 7 educators and 27 students who helped us to determine the influence of tics in the teaching-learning process, in addition the results obtained were obtained thanks to the application of a survey. A study was carried out whose objective is to show how the use of the digital tool "Nearpod" influences and how it provides a better teaching-learning process through the interaction between teachers and students of the Guaranda Educational Unit, therefore, It is concluded that the use of this tool requires incentives, we must begin to see them as technologies for learning, knowledge and participation, since in a certain way in this new society it requires us to change quickly to update and train both students and staff. Teachers from all educational institutions in the country.
