Resumen :	El proyecto de investigación: LA AUTOESTIMA DURANTE EL PROCESO PEDAGÓGICO EN LA AUTOMOTIVACIÓN DE LOS ALUMNOS DE SÉPTIMO AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA VICENTE ROCAFUERTE, DE LA CIUDAD DE GUARANDA, PROVINCIA DE BOLÍVAR, ESTUDIO DESARROLLADO DURANTE LOS MESES DE DICIEMBRE DEL 2021 A MARZO 2022., aborda la temática de la autoestima, en el proceso educativo y su influencia en la automotivación para aprender, de manera metódica se parte desde la observación hasta recoger datos de forma directa en la comunidad educativa. La afectación de la baja autoestima debido a los cambios de modalidad entre virtual y presencial, genera desinterés en el alumno, la misma que afecta a la automotivación, ya que, el mismo ha dejado de interesarse en aprender, debido a que esto ya no es en un reto y existe conformidad con el poco aprendizaje que obtiene. El contexto educativo y la forma de aprender se ha visto perjudicado con la educación virtual. La comunidad educativa se ha visto dispersa en el proceso educativo, ya que, la interacción se ha limitado a la videoconferencia, en la mayor parte de ocasiones sin encontrarse presente el alumno de manera directa y activa. Esto al regresar en la modalidad presencial muestra el aprendizaje bajo que el docente percibe en los alumnos, además, de autoestima baja y la automotivación que no ayuda en la construcción del aprendizaje. El docente intenta cambiar la realidad, sin embargo, es desconocimiento de actividades que ayuden en el aula crea limitaciones
Descripción :	The research project: SELF-ESTEEM DURING THE PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS IN THE SELF-MOTIVATION OF THE STUDENTS OF THE SEVENTH YEAR OF BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION OF THE VICENTE ROCAFUERTE EDUCATIONAL UNIT, OF THE CITY OF GUARANDA, PROVINCE OF BOLÍVAR, STUDY CARRIED OUT DURING THE MONTHS OF DECEMBER 2021 AS OF MARCH 2022., addresses the issue of self-esteem, in the educational process and its influence on self-motivation to learn, in a methodical way, starting from observation to collecting data directly in the educational community. The affectation of low self-esteem due to the changes in modality between virtual and face-to-face, generates disinterest in the student, the same that affects self-motivation, since he has ceased to be interested in learning, because this is no longer in a challenge and there is satisfaction with the little learning he gets. The educational context and the way of learning have been harmed by virtual education. The educational community has been dispersed in the educational process, since interaction has been limited to videoconference, in most cases without the student being directly and actively present. This, when returning to the face-to-face modality, shows the low learning that the teacher perceives in the students, in addition, low self-esteem and self-motivation that does not help in the construction of learning. The teacher tries to change reality, however, it is ignorance of activities that help in the classroom creates limitations.
