Resumen :	El estudio “CONTROL DE HIPERTENSIÓN ARTERIAL QUE INFLUYE EN LA ENFERMEDAD RENAL CRÓNICA EN DOCENTES DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA VERBO DIVINO DEL CANTÓN GUARANDA PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR. PERÍODO OCTUBRE- ENERO 2022”,fue diseñado con el objetivo de determinar la influencia del control de hipertensión en la función renal de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Verbo Divino del cantón Guaranda provincia Bolívar durante el Período Octubre- Enero 2022, la muestra estuvo conformada por 22 docentes mayoritariamente está comprendido de personas de sexo femenino entre las edades de 55-60 con un total de 18 mujeres con la mínima de los docentes 28 y la máxima de 59 el grupo estudiado cuenta con un nivel de educación superior ,la totalidad de los docentes se han auto identificado como mestizos, los hábitos que mantienen pueden considerarse como dañinos de igual forma la falta de ejercicio tiende afectar la salud física, mental psicológica y social en su entorno, siendo el estudio de tipo descriptivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de campo, y correlacional, el estudio es de tipo transversal, empleándose para la recolección de datos una ficha sociodemográfica, y un análisis bioquímico completo evidenciándose que un alto porcentaje de los participantes padecen de hipertensión, que la función renal de los docentes de la primera a la segunda recolección de datos empeoró significativamente, y al emplear la prueba de análisis estadístico Chi-cuadrado se estableció que el control de hipertensión arterial no influye en la enfermedad renal crónica de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Verbo Divino. Descripción :	The study "CONTROL OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION INFLUENCING CHRONIC RENAL DISEASE IN TEACHERS OF THE VERBO DIVINO EDUCATIONAL UNIT OF THE CANTON GUARANDA BOLÍVAR PROVINCE. PERIOD OCTOBER-JANUARY 2022", was designed with the objective of determining the influence of hypertension control on the renal function of the teachers of the Verbo Divino Educational Unit of Guaranda canton, Bolivar province, during the period October-January 2022, The sample consisted of 22 teachers, the majority of whom were female between the ages of 55-60 with a total of 18 women with a minimum of 28 teachers and a maximum of 59. The group studied has a higher education level, all teachers have self- identified as mestizos, the habits they maintain can be considered as harmful and the lack of exercise tends to affect physical, mental, psychological and social health in their environment, The study is descriptive, with a quantitative, field and correlational approach, the study is cross-sectional, using a sociodemographic card for data collection, and a complete biochemical analysis showing that a high percentage of the participants suffer from hypertension, It was found that the renal function of the teachers from the first to the second data collection significantly worsened, and by using the Chi-square statistical analysis test it was established that the control of arterial hypertension does not influence the chronic kidney disease of the teachers of the Verbo Divino Educational Unit.
