Título :	Los cuentos infantiles como estrategia didáctica en el desarrollo de la expresión oral en los niños y niñas de 3 a 4 años de edad en el centro educativo Comunitario Intercultural Bilingüe Arturo Yumbay Ilijama de la Comunidad de Tingopamba del Cantón Guaranda, provincia de Bolivar, en el periodo 2016-2017.

Resumen :	En los centros educativos que ofertan educación inicial 1 y 2, se considera oportuno trabajar con los cuentos infantiles, narraciones, poesía y leyendas para desarrollar las habilidades lingüísticas: escuchar, hablar y que ayudan el aprendizaje del mismo; el pensamiento del niño y de la niña abre las puertas de su imaginación con los cuentos de los personajes imaginarios: donde los animales hablan, los hadas son amigos, los ríos cantan y las montañas hablan. Los cuentos son los recursos pedagógicos maravillosos que facilitan a los niños y niñas de educación inicial la oportunidad de expresarse libre y escucharlo en clima afectivo de respeto e integración. La esencia de un cuento infantil es cuando el niño se apodera de él para volver a reproducir con sus amigos a partir de su sentimiento. Las obras destinadas a la lectura de los niños y niñas deben ser en un lenguaje natural agradable, la ilustración debe ser colorida para que se motiven a la lectura y se diviertan del texto. Los cuentos infantiles están relacionados con los de la vida diaria, con leyendas tristes como alegres del pasado y de acontecimientos del presente. A todos los niños y niñas les gusta el cuento y es un espacio para interactuar con sus compañeros, Además es para compartir costumbres, tradiciones, conocer los valores de respeto e igualdad en todas sus actividades diarias. El tema “LOS CUENTOS INFANTILES COMO ESTRATEGIA DIDÁCTICA EN EL DESARROLLO DE LA EXPRESIÓN ORAL EN LOS NIÑOS Y NIÑAS DE 3 A 4 AÑOS DE EDAD EN EL CENTRO EDUCATIVO COMUNITARIO INTERCULTURAL BILINGÜE “ARTURO YUMBAY ILIJAMA” DEL CANTON GUARANDA, PROVINCIA DE BOLIVAR, EN EL PERIODO 2016-2017”. Es un recurso pedagógico dedicado a los niños para desarrollar un proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en un ambiente dinámico con la participación activa de los educandos para mejorar su expresión oral. Este proyecto de intervención educativa de carácter investigativo pedagógico nos permitió conocer el aporte didáctico y pedagógico de los cuentos infantiles como estrategia didáctica en el desarrollo de la expresión oral en los niños y niñas de 3 a 4 años de edad en el Centro Educativo Comunitario Intercultural Bilingüe “Arturo Yumbay Ilijama”, siendo un periodo de transición Educación Inicial 1 y 2 es un proceso en desarrollar estilos y ritmos de aprendizajes en la expresión oral de Educación General Básica.
Descripción :	In schools that offer initial education 1 and 2, it is considered appropriate to work with children's stories, stories, poetry and legends to develop language skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing and helping to learn it; the thoughts of the boy and the girl open the doors of their imagination with the stories of the imaginary characters: where the animals speak, the fairies are friends, the rivers sing, and the mountains speak. The stories are the wonderful pedagogical resources that facilitate the children of initial education the opportunity to express themselves freely and listen to them in an affective climate of respect and integration. The essence of a children's story is when the child seizes him to play with his friends again from his feeling between other activities. The works destined to the reading of the children must be in a pleasant natural language, the illustration must be colorful so that they are motivated to the reading and they are amused of the text. Children's stories are related to those of daily life, with sad legends as joyful from the past and from present events. All children like the story and it is a space to interact with their peers. It is also to share customs, traditions, know the values of respect and equality in all their daily activities The theme "CHILDREN'S STORIES AS A TEACHING STRATEGY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORAL EXPRESSION IN CHILDREN 3 TO 4 YEARS OF AGE IN THE BILINGUAL INTERCULTURAL COMMUNITY CENTER" ARTURO YUMBAY ILIJAMA "OF CANTON GUARANDA, PROVINCE OF BOLIVAR, IN THE PERIOD 2016- 2017 ". It is a pedagogical resource dedicated to children to develop a teaching-learning process in a dynamic environment with the active participation of students to improve their oral expression. This educational intervention project of pedagogical investigative nature allowed us know the didactic and pedagogical contribution of children's stories as a didactic strategy in the development of oral expression in children from 3 to 4 years of age in the Intercultural Bilingual Community Educational Center "Arturo Yumbay Ilijama", being a period of transition Initial Education 1 and 2 is a process to develop learning styles and rhythms in the oral expression of Basic General Education.
