    Graduation Work on Financial Management and scope of Social Responsibility in Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of the canton Echeandía, is of great importance, considering that financial management is the area of ​​the administration that takes care of the financial resources of the company that our work is closely related to the fulfillment of social responsibility, since it is one of the tenets of Good Living, hence Financial Management focuses on important aspects of financial resources such as the efficient, effective, effective, economic and equitable distribution of resources cantonal GAD. Complying with the structure of Regulation Graduation work, our work is structured as follows: CHAPTER I. in this chapter we refer to: Introduction, problem formulation, we propose the same manner of questioning; General Purpose, answers questions: What ?, How? And for what? Investigate, Specific Objectives enable us to meet the General Purpose; in the theoretical framework are the Marcos: Georeferencial, Legal, Conceptual and scientific theory; Hypothesis arises in a proactive manner, hence the independent variables (cause) and dependent (effect) appears, finally we have applied the methodology for the implementation of this Work Graduation. CHAPTER II consists Analysis and Interpretation of Results, for which elaborate charts and graphs, which allowed us to perform the analysis and interpretation of results, in order to establish the conclusions, recommendations and hypothesis testing. CHAPTER III Proposal in this chapter, where a Plan for Financial Management Processes for GAD canton intends Echeandía developed; also Bibliography and annexes that support this work is included.
