    Nuestro trabajo constituye en realizar una Guía Técnica de aplicación de las NIIF, es decir que la presente propuesta está dirigida a contribuir a la solución de problemas en el área financiera y administrativa, que se ha observado en la Clínica San Patricio de la ciudad de Guaranda, debido a que no se tienen un estricto cumplimiento en lo que respecta a la nueva normatividad contable, siendo primordial que ésta sea registrada de manera correcta para mejorar la toma de decisiones. Lógicamente ha venido incidiendo negativamente la información contable, puesto que ésta no se encuentra actualizada, el responsable financiero no presenta la documentación de manera eficiente, por lo que no cumple con las normas vigentes establecidas por los organismos de control. Es primordial que el responsable del departamento financiero se capacite constantemente, de acuerdo a su perfil y así realizar el trabajo de excelente manera. Con el conocimiento cierto de la realidad, aspiramos lograr que se cumpla con el estudio de las NIIF que hemos propuesto, para superar algunas deficiencias que se presentan en la institución. De esta manera la Clínica San Patricio, logrará que los objetivos establecidos sean de beneficio para el personal que labora en la entidad y en sí de todos quienes la conforman, siendo elemental que cuenten con un ambiente de trabajo adecuado, es recomendable que todos los cumplen con actividades administrativas y contables en la institución acudan a capacitaciones para de esta manera trabajar en equipo y solucionar los problemas que diariamente existen.

    Our job is to conduct a Technical Guide application of IFRS is say that this proposal is aimed at contributing to the solution of problems in the financial and administrative area, which has been observed in the Clinic San Patricio city of Guaranda, because they do not have a strict compliance with respect to the new accounting standards, being primordial it is recorded correctly to improve decision-making. Obviously it has been negatively affecting the accounting information, as it is not updated, the paying agent does not have the documentation efficiently, so that does not meet current standards established by regulatory agencies. It is essential that the head of the finance department are trained constantly, according to their profile and so do the job excellently. With some knowledge of reality, we aim to ensure that it complies with the IFRS study we proposed to overcome some deficiencies They presented in the institution. Thus the San Patricio, Clinical achieve the stated objectives are to benefit for the staff working in the company itself and of all who up, being elemental that have a proper working environment, is recommended that all meet administrative and accounting activities They attend training institution in this way teamwork and solve daily problems there.
