    Today we live in a globalized world and the information systems are faster every moment, it is important and necessary that all institutions and especially those who have financial movements of a considerable number of customers or partners, with information in a timely manner, so your decision will be most suitable. Daily and timely records of all economic movements making the institution allow them to keep accounting process, to know the reality of the institution as having an automated accounting system allows for a data base that will help the organization and planning future actions that have the CAPAE. This proposal clearly explains the importance of the institution have an accounting system according to the needs of the CAPAE as accounting and especially the financial statements, allow us to evaluate, analyze and interpret the results over a period determined, so the accounting system will allow the institution to have timely and accurate information.
