    This research aims to propose an accounting system according to the needs of the Administrative and Financial Management Travel Agency "FORUMCORP CIA. LTDA "city of Ambato, Tungurahua Province, for better decision-making. Today accounting is one of the main information systems reflect the result of the decision of the directors, it is something multifunctional to handle it properly. This graduation work is divided into three chapters the same as below: In Chapter I, composed: theme, background, problem, justification, objectives and theoretical framework is divided into reference is the story about Travel Agency "FORUMCORP CIA. LTDA "georeferential location are conceptual Theory terminology to be used and applied within the travel agency and scientist are definitions taken from several authors, the same as contribute to the development this scientific work. Chapter II refers to the application of data collection, analysis, and graphics interpretation of results, testing of hypothesis, conclusions and recommendations. Chapter III, the proposal under consideration which is specified based on accounts plan development and implementation of the accounting system to ensure the accuracy and veracity of accounting and non-accounting data and better decision decisions in the travel agency "FORUMCORP CIA. LTDA. "
