| dc.description | The present research work is entitled: The Early Attachment as a stimulant factor in the Immediate Breastfeeding, by the medical staff of the Obstetrical Center of the Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, period September 2016 - February 2017. Objective: To determine the level of compliance with early attachment as Stimulant factor in immediate breastfeeding, in the obstetric center service. Method: An observation guide was applied at 90 deliveries. Design: Descriptive - participatory study. Results: out of 90 deliveries, 32% had early attachment, which is an important factor for immediate breastfeeding; 68% do not comply with the aforementioned, due to the complications that the newborn presents and the factors that They intervene in compliance; Level of specialization as is the case of general practitioners, in the same way the training and the frequency with which they receive. Conclusions: Early attachment has a positive influence on the initiation of breastfeeding during the first hour of life. The medical staff of the obstetric center service must meet the algorithm for early attachment and immediate breastfeeding; the activities that are part of it to improve the quality of care of the binomial mother and child. Finally, a training plan for health personnel is presented to inform and promote early attachment and immediate breastfeeding through the socialization of the algorithm. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se titula: El Apego Precoz como factor estimulante en la Lactancia Materna Inmediata, por el personal medicó del servicio de Centro Obstétrico del Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, periodo Septiembre 2016 – Febrero 2017. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de cumplimiento del apego precoz como factor estimulante en la lactancia materna inmediata, en el servicio de centro obstétrico. Método: Se aplicó una guía de observación a 90 partos. Diseño: estudio de tipo descriptivo – participativo. Resultados: de 90 partos, al 32% se les realizo el apego precoz constituyendo un factor importante para la lactancia materna inmediata, en el 68% no se cumple con lo antes mencionado, debido a las complicaciones que presenta el recién nacido y a los factores que intervienen en el cumplimiento; nivel de especialización como es el caso de los médicos generales, de la misma manera las capacitaciones y la frecuencia con la que reciben. Conclusiones: El apego precoz tiene una influencia positiva en el inicio de la lactancia materna durante la primera hora de vida. El personal médico del servicio centro obstétrico debe cumplir el algoritmo para el apego precoz y la lactancia materna inmediata; las actividades que forman parte del mismo para mejorar la calidad de atención del binomio madre e hijo. Finalmente se plantea un plan de capacitación al personal de salud, para informar y promover el apego precoz y la lactancia materna inmediata, mediante la socialización del algoritmo.
