Abstract

The main purpose of this study is strategic planning specifically in administrative management - financial. With such purpose They examined the highlights in the credit union "Metroplis" Ltda., Quinsaloma city, determining the importance of have strategies to reach the goals set by the financial institution whose purpose is to identify, assess, monitor and monitor the effects for the commercial management. In the development of this research the causes were addressed to they caused the problem, the same who were treated in the diagnosis and consequently they went giving solution with the general objective was "Strengthening the Administrative Management - Financial Cooperative Savings and Credit "Metropolis" Ltda., Through strategic planning to guide the lead role in the period 2014 - 2016 "; and also with the specific objectives proposed activities, which enabled the a proposal of strategic planning and administrative management financial situation of the credit union "Metropolis" Ltda., for the period 2014-2016. All topics concerning strategic planning and management treated administrative and financial, which offered a rich theoretical framework, then from which it could display a proactive approach aimed at achieving the overall objective. In the diagnostic phase it will be able to capture all the information required by of managers, employees and partners, the same as they were processed and analyzed in an attempt to be able to make a significant contribution to the development institutions in the field of administrative and financial management, so considering the right tools in the process of planning strategic.
