dc.descriptionThe research project "Teaching process in students with disabilities in the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Human Being, State University of Bolívar. Period December 2018 - April 2019 "was proposed with the objective of analyzing the teaching process applied to students with disabilities in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Human Being, State University of Bolívar in the period December 2018 - April 2019, through which was established a descriptive study to publicize all the peculiarities from the opinion of teachers and students, using as information sources the documentary part which allows knowing the object of study both in a particular and general, to the Likewise, field research is used through a survey applied to the population, with the participation of 48 teachers who had academic experiences with 9 students with disabilities. Results: 54.2% are teachers of the Nursing career, and 45.8% of teachers belong to the career of Risk Management, which consider that more knowledge about institutional forms of follow-up and support is required. Whereas sometimes they implement didactic tools for academic training. In general, there is a higher proportion of students with visual and auditory disabilities, which reveal lower scores than teachers on the same subject. Conclusion: both teachers and students demonstrate the need for training in order to prepare them for inclusive teaching processes, allowing them to define methodologies, tools, strategies and techniques in consideration of the abilities and characteristics of each of the students. dc.description.abstractEl proyecto de investigación “Proceso de Enseñanza en Estudiantes con Discapacidad en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud y del Ser Humano, Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Período Diciembre 2018 – Abril 2019” fue planteado con el objetivo de analizar el proceso de enseñanza aplicado en estudiantes con discapacidad en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud y del Ser Humano, Universidad Estatal de Bolívar en el periodo Diciembre 2018 – Abril 2019, mediante lo cual se estableció un estudio de tipo descriptivo para dar a conocer las peculiaridades desde la opinión de los docentes y estudiantes, utilizando como fuente de información la parte documental, la misma que permite conocer el objeto de estudio tanto de forma particular como general, al igual se emplea la investigación de campo mediante una encuesta aplicada a la población de estudio, con la participación de 48 docentes que tuvieron experiencias académicas en 9 estudiantes con discapacidad. El 54.2% son docentes de la carrera de Enfermería, y el 45.8% docentes que pertenecen a la carrera de Gestión de Riesgos, los cuales consideran que se requiere más conocimiento sobre formas institucionales de seguimiento y apoyo. Considerando que algunas veces implementan herramientas de la didáctica para la formación académica. En general, existe mayor proporción de estudiantes con discapacidad Visual y Auditiva, con un número menor pero significativo están los estudiantes con discapacidad física, intelectual y psicosocial, los mismos que revelan apreciaciones más bajas que los docentes sobre el mismo tema. Tanto docentes como estudiantes dejan en evidencia la necesidad de que existan capacitaciones a fin de prepararlos sobre procesos de enseñanza inclusiva, permitiéndoles definir metodologías, herramientas, estrategias y técnicas en consideración de las capacidades y características de cada uno de los estudiantes.
