Análisis y diseño de un periódico digital de la Universidad Estatal De Bolívar. Guaranda- año 2011.

Abstract

This paper entitled "Analysis and Design of a Digital Newspaper Bolivar State University ", will fulfill the initial function of informing and inform the university community and the general public about: deals academic, news, features and sports; and then extended to the development technological, social, cultural and other matters of opinion contribute to the training of professionals committed to the local reality, provincial, national, continental and global levels; as well as the surrender of accounts of the university establishment to the public. The specific objectives this study are: Analyze the computer system to design the Digital Newspaper Bolivar State University, diagnose existing media in the UEB, set feasibility and acceptance of newspaper design and define procedures. The task of higher education institutions, particularly the University State of Bolivar, but to educate, must also be to inform so timely all events that arise, both the community university and the people in general; do not forget that the University has to use all the advances in science and technology to put the service all. This paper is feasible for: the need to enter a room virtual university through a digital newspaper, with a minimum cost, has the support of the university authorities, there are technology and university resources for this purpose, it is because there is no new scientific work same or similar and it is also a contribution for future research.

It will be held at the premises of the State University of Bolivar that located at Km 2 road Ambato-Guaranda, Alpachaca sector the Guanujo Parish, Canton Guaranda, belonging to the province Bolivar. In the last 20 years, information has invaded the world and today is UEB responsibility do the same to educate, inform, express and inform bolivarense University and society. The methods used in the research were: scientific, inductive and deductive; the purpose is descriptive; the place is documentary bibliographical and field, as a monograph. The techniques used are the collection of secondary information through books, magazines, brochures and internet. The proposal has a purpose, formed by the Council Writing and Research Council; the objectives of this proposal They are data selection, data collection and student integration to become partakers of it. The expected results are summarized in: digital newspaper technically elaborate institutional support, college expectations satisfaction, scientific, critical journalism in total and annual coverage. Degree work contains: introduction; Chapter I Background; Chapter II Theoretical Framework: Reference, Conceptual and Scientific; Chapter III Chapter IV methodology and Proposal Development.
