| dc.description | This research is about the “Austerity Plan and its impact on the quality of services in the District 02d01 Ministry of Public Health of Guaranda, during fiscal year 2018.” For the collection of information, theoretical references and legal aspects of the austerity and quality of services, expressed by different authors and legal resolutions, were analyzed, as well as surveys of the managerial - administrative - operational personnel of the Public Health District of Guaranda with the purpose of obtaining true and accurate data. From the data obtained, a comparative analysis was carried out on the situations prior to the decrees and the current one in the areas of human talent and technical and technological availability. In fulfilling the objectives set, it is expected that economic austerity plans should not affect the quality of health services, but should be prepared taking into consideration the social strata to which these services are directed | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación trata acerca del “Plan de austeridad y su incidencia en la calidad de los servicios en el Distrito 02d01 Ministerio de Salud Pública de Guaranda, durante el ejercicio fiscal 2018.” Para la recolección de información se analizaron referentes teóricos y aspectos legales sobre la austeridad y calidad de servicios, expresados por diferentes autores y resoluciones legales, así como también se realizaron encuestas al personal directivo – administrativo – operativo del Distrito de Salud Pública de Guaranda con la finalidad de obtener datos verídicos y exactos. De los datos obtenidos se realizó un análisis comparativo sobre las situaciones previas a los decretos y la actual en las áreas de talento humano y disponibilidad técnica y tecnológica. Al cumplir con los objetivos trazados se espera que los planes de austeridad económica no deberían afectar la calidad de servicios de salud, sino que deben ser elaborados tomando en consideración los estratos sociales a los que van dirigidos estos servicios. | en_US |
