Abstract

Conducting pre-professional practices is a fact of vital importance in the curriculum of the students of rotating internship Nursing Science Health, giving students the opportunity to apply techniques to acquire knowledge, develop skills and learn attitudes, within a complex healthcare environment little known and sometimes not everything receptive as they expect. The preparation and training prior to the departure of the / Internal as rotary Nursing the real world represents one of the major challenges of teaching, but the objective of this challenge can not be left solely to the graduate student, but it is necessary for undergraduate students complete their theoretical and practical training in real environments as nursing schools are responsible for training women and men with ethics, love and care technique for healthy and sick, its noble task of curing and healing, but especially one who outlined in his robe nobility and purity of heart. Conducting pre-professional practices in hospital wards accounting for the student support in the acquisition of skills and techniques, which later will develop during the working life in different areas, hospital and intra hospital in family benefits and community users, therefore caring it is the essence of nursing, and is performed with a series of actions of care directed to another human being, or groups of people with physical conditions and emotional, in order to improve or relieve your aches and pains generated by the disease process. The / Internal Nursing permanently employed by the health team, performing all the tasks of support, maintenance and continuity of life patient taking a fundamental and vital role in patient care critical or chronic, ensuring their recovery and avoid complications. 1Así it must be open to new methods and conceptual models provide a qualitative and quantitative improvement of the nursing profession, from a humanistic perspective, with a global vision to help improve health and quality of life for patients and families. Whereas the pre-professional training is a form of learning it is contemplated in the academic regulations and practical training that allows consolidate training and integrating knowledge and skills for provide quality services to patients, families and communities. It is the interest the group through this research identify the degree of satisfaction of the / the internal rotating relative to the pre-professional practices (IRE) in the Hospital Luis Vernaza.
