dc.descriptionfollowing ethnographic project consists of the description of the cultural heritage found in the Simiatug parish and its Andean communities with the purpose of knowing their cultural traditions as well as: parties, typical food, handicrafts, among other cultural aspects, and the same way those natural attractions that stand out in their communities through the narration of each inhabitant of the area. The problem that is evident in this project is that the little cultural heritage found in the Simiatug parish and its Andean communities, because young people have migrated to other cities in search of education and work, learning new customs and traditions that displace those learned and practiced in organizations from generation to generation, significantly losing their interest. For the gathering of information, an interview was conducted with the purpose of speaking with the inhabitants and they can express each experience and knowledge about the cultural heritage of the Simiatug parish. When conducting the interview it was appreciated that the behavior of Simiateños is very kind, supportive although there are certain people who showed a somewhat distant attitude because they still feel a little distrust of the mestizo person. This ethnographic work that I have done has been with the purpose of highlighting and valuing the ancestral custom of the Andean area with the only one to make the current youth feel proud of their roots and to show more interest in those traditions, dress, language and preserve those ancestral heritages that have remained to this day. dc.description.sponsorshipEl asiente proyecto etnográfico, consiste en la descripción del patrimonio cultural que se encuentra en la parroquia Simiatug y sus comunidades andinas con el propósito de conocer tanto sus tradiciones culturales como: fiestas, comida típica, artesanías, entre otros aspectos culturales, que sobresalen en sus comunidades mediante la narración de cada habitante de la zona. El problema que se evidenció en este proyecto es la falta de interés en el patrimonio cultural encontrado en la parroquia Simiatug y sus comunidades andinas, debido a que los jóvenes han migrado a otras ciudades en busca de educación y trabajo, aprendiendo nuevas costumbres y tradiciones que desplazan a las aprendidas y practicadas en las organizaciones de generación en generación. Para la recopilación de información se ejecutó una entrevista con el propósito de hablar con los habitantes y puedan expresar cada experiencia y conocimiento sobre el patrimonio cultural de la parroquia Simiatug. Al realizar la entrevista se apreció que el comportamiento de los Simiateños es muy amable, solidario aunque existen ciertas personas que mostraron una actitud un poco distante por motivo de que aun sienten un poco de desconfianza hacia la persona mestiza. Este trabajo etnográfico se ha realizado ha sido con el propósito de resaltar y valorizar las costumbre ancestrales de la zona andina, con el único propósito de concientizar a la juventud actual a sentirse orgullosos de sus raíces y a mostrar más interés en aquellas tradiciones, vestimenta, idioma y conservar aquellas herencias ancestrales que se han mantenido hasta la actualidad.
