| dc.description | The present investigation was carried out in the Company Agua Purificada Envasada Caluma, the same one that in its action presents several problems related especially to the Planning, that allows to develop its actions to future, for that reason the following problem of investigation arises: How the Planning influences in the improvement of the Profitability of the Company Agua Purificada Envasada Caluma, of the county Caluma province Bolivar, year 2019; In this context it is proposed like general objective: To determine if the Planning influences in the Profitability of the Company Agua Purificada Envasada Caluma, year 2019. The reality that the Company is currently experiencing is that of incomplete Planning that the Company has, causing management problems, loss of time in production, bottlenecks, which causes a loss of competitiveness in the market, so it is necessary for the Company to embrace an appropriate model of Planning that allows it to carry out its activities with certainty and further improve its Profitability. For the fulfillment of the proposed type was used descriptive research, exploratory, applied and documentary, the methods used are: inductive, deductive and analytical synthetic, the study population are all workers of the Company Agua Purificada Envasada Caluma, who applied the survey, we conducted an interview with the Administrator, finally, you can see that the company lacks a structured planning to some of its activities which leads empirically, does not have a projection into the future, is disorganized in its operations. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación fue realizada en la Empresa Agua Purificada Envasada Caluma, la misma que en su accionar presenta varios problemas relacionados especialmente con la Planificación, que permita desarrollar sus acciones a futuro, de ahí que se plantea el siguiente problema de investigación: ¿Cómo incide la Planificación en el mejoramiento de la Rentabilidad de la Empresa Agua Purificada Envasada Caluma, del cantón Caluma provincia Bolívar, año 2019?; En este contexto se propone como objetivo general: Determinar si la Planificación influye en la Rentabilidad de la Empresa Agua Purificada Envasada Caluma, año 2019. La realidad que actualmente vive la Empresa es la de Planificación incompleta que tiene la Empresa, originando problemas de gestión, pérdida de tiempo en la producción, cuellos de botellas, lo cual ocasiona una pérdida de competitividad en el mercado, por lo que es necesario que la Empresa acoja un modelo adecuado de Planificación que permita realizar sus actividades con certeza y mejorar más su Rentabilidad. Para el cumplimiento de lo propuesto se utilizó el tipo investigación descriptiva, exploratoria, aplicada y documental; los métodos utilizados son: inductivo, deductivo y analítico sintético; la población de estudio constituyen la totalidad de los trabajadores de la Empresa Agua Purificada Envasada Caluma, a quienes se los aplicó la encuesta, realizamos una entrevista al Administrador; finalmente, se puede observar que la Empresa carece de una Planificación estructurada al algunas de sus actividades la cual la lleva de forma empírica, no tiene una proyección hacia el futuro, es desorganizada en sus operaciones.
