Abstract
El propósito del presente trabajo tiene que ver con la utilización del Juego y la Creatividad en el desarrollo de las Destrezas Lingüísticas para contribuir una efectiva Intervención Educativa del idioma Inglés de los estudiantes del Noveno Año de Educación Básica del Colegio Nacional Técnico “Diez de Enero” del cantón San Miguel provincia Bolívar.
La metodología del trabajo nos permitió determinar las estrategias para el desarrollo efectivo de la investigación planteada, la población estaba comprendida de 2 maestros de la asignatura de Inglés y 115 estudiantes, debido al elevado número de estudiantes, utilizamos la muestra estratificada, determinando que 89 estudiantes y los 2 maestros deben ser encuestados.
La tabulación, análisis e interpretación de resultados se realizó en base al cálculo de frecuencias y porcentajes, para representarlas en los gráficos, posteriormente procedimos a emitir las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
Una vez recopilada la información logramos comprobar nuestra hipótesis, concluyendo que la utilización del juego y la creatividad desarrollan las destrezas lingüísticas del idioma Inglés. XII
Se construyo una propuesta innovadora, titulada: “CREATIVE MANUAL OF GAMES TO DEVELOP ENGLISH LINGUISTIC SKILLS” la misma que consta de actividades lúdicas que potencian las destrezas lingüísticas del idioma Inglés, gracias a la adecuada utilización del Juego y la Creatividad, he aquí un proyecto que contribuye a elevar el nivel educativo, incluyendo aspectos innovadores que fortalecen la Intervención Educativa.

The purpose of the present work has to do with the use of the Game and the Creativity in the development of the Linguistic Skills to contribute an effective Educational Intervention of the English language of the students of the Ninth Year of Basic Education of the National Technician “January Ten” High School of San Miguel-Bolívar, country Ecuador.
The methodology of the work allowed us to determine the strategies for the effective development of the outlined investigation; the population was understood of 2 teachers of the English subject and 115 students, due to the high number of students, we used the stratified sample, determining that 89 students and the 2 teachers should be interviewed.
The tabulation, analysis and interpretation of results were carried out based on the calculation of frequencies and percentages, to represent them in the graphics, after that we proceeded to emit the summations and recommendations.
When we got all the information, we could check our hypothesis, concluding that the use of the Game and the Creativity develop the Linguistic Skills of the English language. XIV
We built an innovative proposal, titled: “MANUAL CREATIVE OF GAMES TO DEVELOP ENGLISH LINGUISTIC SKILLS” the same one that consists of innovators activities that develop the Linguistic Skills of the English language, thanks to the appropriate use of the game and the creativity, has a project here that it contributes to elevate the educational level, including aspects that strengthen the Educational Intervention.
