dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research was to establish Educommunication strategies in sexual and reproductive health in first-year high school students of the “Unidad Educativa Guaranda”, it was based on an approach and formulation of the problem, which allowed formulating, justifying and setting clear study objectives. Immediately, a theoretical framework structured by investigative background, theoretical bases and definition of terms was presented, which allowed an adequate study of the variables raised. Subsequently, the pertinent methodology was established, the same one that had a quantitative and descriptive approach. The information was collected through the application of a survey to the students of the First year of Baccalaureate prior to the authorization of the informed consent by the representatives. The results revealed that the students do not have the necessary knowledge about sexual and reproductive health, due to the lack of communication with parents, teachers and healthcare professionals, evidencing the need to establish educommunication strategies in the educational community. Finally, the implementation of educommunication strategies in sexual and reproductive health is presented, which were very useful and provided the necessary support to increase and improve the degree of knowledge of the students, allowing, in turn, to minimize risks and unforeseen consequences desired by adolescents, generating at the same time the awareness of students, parents and teachers.es_MX
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo por objeto establecer estrategias de educomunicación en salud sexual y reproductiva en estudiantes de Primero de Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Guaranda, se partió de un planteamiento y formulación del problema, el cual permitió formular, justificar y plantear objetivos claros de estudio. Inmediatamente, se presentó un marco teórico estructurado por antecedentes investigativos, bases teóricas y definición de términos, los mismos que permitieron un adecuado estudio de las variables planteadas. Posteriormente, se estableció la metodología pertinente, la misma que contó con un enfoque cuantitativo y de tipo descriptivo. La información fue levantada mediante aplicación de una encuesta a los estudiantes de Primero de Bachillerato previo a la autorización del consentimiento informado por parte de los representantes. Los resultados revelaron que los estudiantes no disponen de los conocimientos necesarios sobre salud sexual y reproductiva, esto debido a la falta de comunicación con padres de familia, profesores y personal de salud, evidenciando la necesidad de establecer estrategias educomunicacionales en la comunidad educativa. Finalmente, se presenta la implementación de estrategias de educomunicación en salud sexual y reproductiva, las mismas que resultaron de gran utilidad y brindaron el apoyo necesario para incrementar y mejorar el grado de conocimiento de los estudiantes, permitiendo a su vez, minimizar riesgos y consecuencias no deseadas por los adolescentes, generando al mismo tiempo la concientización de los estudiantes, padres de familia y profesores.es_MX
