Abstract
This research work assumes the study of communication as an organizational process to improve the professional performance of the administration in the schools of the city of San José de Chimbo, with the aim of establishing a serious research process, we proceeded to make some objectives arising from the variables of the problem. These objectives have been fulfilled as it has developed research. Therefore, the scientific foundation responds to the problem variables and directs the overall research through various scientific categories broadly demonstrate the importance of communication in the educational organization equally professional performance. As regards the field research, the results show that educational institutions of this study, there are serious problems, they can lower your impact if managers welcome the guidelines suggested by adequate implementation of communication processes. This content is in the proposal, of course depending on the ability of management to motivate to adopt a change in the performance of the function. This proposal has been properly socialized in educational institutions of the city of San José de Chimbo, through an operational plan in which the content above objectives are met in the proposal.
