Resumen :	Estimado lector sírvase hacer un breve recorrido por nuestro tema de investigación el mismo que se titula, LAS TÉCNICAS ACTIVAS Y SU INCIDENCIA EL DESARROLLO DE DESTREZAS BÁSICAS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL PRIMER AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA “RÍO CURARAY”, DEL CANTÓN VALENCIA, PROVINCIA LOS RÍOS, EN EL PERÍODO 2012, el mismo que esta complementado con los antecedentes de manera macro, meso y micro, que apunta al Ministerio de Educación considerando esta situación promueve la actualización y fortalecimiento de la Reforma Curricular actualmente, establece claramente el uso de los estrategias metodológicas como instrumentos que contribuyen al aprendizaje integral y deben ser empleados en todo el Sistema Educacional de nuestro país. Por ello las instituciones educativas se encuentran adaptando el currículo en base a su realidad académica, del entorno y a las necesidades, en tal virtud el docente de cada área debe utilizar estos recursos en sus clases para el fortalecimiento y concreción de los contenidos y destrezas, el problema que nos planteamos EL DESCONOCIMIENTO DE LAS TÉCNICAS ACTIVAS NO PERMITE EL DESARROLLO DE DESTREZAS BÁSICAS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL PRIMER AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA “RÍO CURARAY”, DEL CANTÓN VALENCIA, PROVINCIA LOS RÍOS, EN EL PERÍODO 2012, el mismo que está justificado con los elementos indispensables de las dos variables, y dice, nuestro tema es novedoso e interesante porque a través de él comprenderemos las innovaciones del currículo nacional, pero a la vez, la propuesta que aspiramos implementar al final de la investigación servirá para desarrollar en los estudiantes las destrezas básicas cognitivas. Por otro lado contaremos con la participación decidida de los actores sociales, quienes nos brindaran las facilidades necesarias para desarrollar el trabajo de investigación. El objetivo planteado dice ESTABLECER QUE LAS TÉCNICAS ACTIVAS PERMITEN EL DESARROLLO DE DESTREZAS BÁSICAS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL PRIMER AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA “RÍO CURARAY”, DEL CANTÓN VALENCIA, PROVINCIA LOS RÍOS, EN EL PERÍODO 2012, las tareas para este trabajo están apoyando a las dos variables: 1. Identificar que técnicas utilizan los docentes con los niños y niñas. 2. Detectar los tipos de técnicas activas que permitan el desarrollo de destrezas básicas de los estudiantes del primer año de educación básica 3. Proponer una guía metodológica sobre técnicas activas que permita el desarrollo de destrezas básicas en niños y niñas. SI TRABAJAMOS CON TÉCNICAS ACTIVAS MEJORA EL DESARROLLO DE DESTREZAS BÁSICAS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL PRIMER AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA “RÍO CURARAY”, DEL CANTÓN VALENCIA, PROVINCIA LOS RÍOS, EN EL PERÍODO 2012 VARIABLES: INDEPENDIENTE Técnica Activas DEPENDIENTE:Desarrollo de Destrezas Básicas En nuestro trabajo de grado está conformado por una primera parte introductoria, en la que se plantea el tema, se presentan los antecedentes, el problema, la justificación, objetivos, hipótesis y la operacionalización de variables; lo que corresponde a la presentación general del trabajo que ya está descrito anteriormente. El capítulo I contiene el marco teórico; Aquí se desarrolló toda la teoría relacionada con el tema de investigación, considerando las dos variables de la hipótesis, para poder determinar las causas y efectos del problema y poder realizar la investigación a los docentes y estudiantes; con el fin de buscar alternativas de solución al problema. El capítulo II está integrado por el marco metodológico; en el que se detallan: el tipo de investigación, los métodos, las técnicas a emplearse en la realización del trabajo, así como la población. El capítulo III corresponde al análisis de los resultados obtenidos en la investigación; aquí se presentan la estadística en un cuadro y su representación gráfica en barras, para proceder a analizar cada una de las preguntas. Lo que permite realizar la comprobación de la hipótesis, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Teniendo como resultado respuestas favorables por parte de los encuestados, en donde nuestro trabajo de investigación está aceptado como un problema que de una u otra manera ha estado afectando a este grupo de educandos, en donde los resultados obtenidos nos ayuda a corregir y a direccionar en cierto modo y dar una posible solución, porque esa es nuestra tarea en calidad de investigadores universitarios, estos resultados nos ayuda a comprobar, que verdaderamente existió un problema. El capítulo IV se refiere a la propuesta, UNA GUÍA METODOLÓGICA SOBRE TÉCNICAS ACTIVAS QUE PERMITA EL DESARROLLO DE DESTREZAS BÁSICAS EN NIÑOS Y NIÑASen ella se plantea el título, la introducción, los objetivos que se quieren lograr con la propuesta, así como el desarrollo mismo con los planteamientos y finalmente la evidencia y resultados de la aplicación de la propuesta, que se ve reflejada en los anexos.

In and of itself the educational institutions are adapting the curriculum based on their academic reality, of the environment and to the necessities, in such a virtue the educational of each area should use these resources in their classes for the invigoration and concretion of the contents and dexterities, the problem that we think about THE IGNORANCE OF THE ACTIVE TECHNIQUES doesn't ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC DEXTERITIES OF THE STUDENTS OF THE FIRST YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION OF THE SCHOOL “I LAUGH CURARAY”, OF THE CANTON VALENCY, COUNTY THE RIVERS, IN THE PERIOD 2012, the same one that is justified with the indispensable elements of the two variables, and he/she says, our topic is novel and interesting because through him we will understand the innovations of the national curriculum, but at the same time, the proposal that we aspire to implement at the end of the investigation it will be good to develop in the students the cognitive basic dexterities. On the other hand we will have the resolved participation of the social actors who you/they offered us the necessary facilities to develop the investigation work. The outlined objective says to ESTABLISH THAT THE ACTIVE TECHNIQUES ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC DEXTERITIES OF THE STUDENTS OF THE FIRST YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION OF THE SCHOOL “I LAUGH CURARAY”, OF THE CANTON VALENCY, COUNTY THE RIVERS, IN THE PERIOD 2012, the tasks for this work are supporting to the two variables: To identify that techniques use the educational ones with the children and girls. To detect the types of active techniques that allow the development of the the first year-old students' basic dexterities To propose a methodological guide on active techniques that it allows the development of basic dexterities in children and girls. IF we WORK WITH TECHNIQUES ACTIVE IMPROVEMENT THE DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC DEXTERITIES OF THE STUDENTS OF THE FIRST YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION OF THE SCHOOL “I LAUGH CURARAY”, OF THE CANTON VALENCY, COUNTY THE RIVERS, IN THE PERIOD 2012. VARIABLES: INDEPENDENT Technique Activates CLERK: Development of Basic Dexterities In our grade work it is conformed by a first introductory part, in the one that thinks about the topic, they are presented the records, the problem, the justification, objectives, hypothesis and the operacionalización of variables; what corresponds to the general presentation of the work that is already described previously. The chapter I contains the theoretical mark; Here the whole theory related with the investigation topic, whereas clause was developed the two variables of the hypothesis, to be able to determine the causes and goods of the problem and power to carry out the investigation to the educational ones and students; with the purpose of looking for alternative of solution to the problem. The chapters II are integrated by the methodological mark; in the one that you/they are detailed: the investigation type, the methods, the techniques to be used in the realization of the work, as well as the population. The chapters III correspond to the analysis of the results obtained in the investigation; here they are presented the statistic in a square and their graphic representation in bars, to proceed to analyze each one of the questions. What allows to carry out the confirmation of the hypothesis, summations and recommendations. Having favorable answers as a result on the part of those interviewed where our investigation work is accepted as a problem that of an or another way has been affecting to this educandos group where the obtained results help us to correct and to address in certain way and to give a possible solution, because that it is our task in university investigators' quality, these results help us to check that a problem truly existed. The chapter IV refer to the proposal, A METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE ON ACTIVE TECHNIQUES THAT it ALLOWS THE DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC DEXTERITIES IN CHILDREN AND GIRLS In her thinks about the title, the introduction, the objectives that love each other to achieve with the proposal, as well as the same development with the positions and finally the evidence and results of the application of the proposal that it is reflected in the annexes.
