Resumen :	"PLÁSTICAYAMBE" after going through a series of studies, seeks to use appropriate tools to fill a need in the town of Cayambe. The business sector in this area in recent years has grown considerably and especially the floriculture industry. This remarkable growth has generated a number of needs, one of these impressive consumption of plastic tubs used in the flower companies, livestock, poultry and dairy, for which "PLASTICAYAMBE" presents a proposal for a possible solution, that allows be part of these existing requirements in the city and focuses especially on the production of plastic tubs with recycled plastic, so the work that the company runs were carried out responsibly, in order to gain experience in the markup, and then search new processes to improve production and meet the market demands generated daily. Marketing will be held in the city of Cayambe, but also expand to the nearest cantons as Pedro Moncayo, Otavalo and Quinche, because they are very close and have lots of floriculture and industrial companies. The market study allowed us to more accurately acquire the need of those plastic tubs tour also features each customer has the choice of tastes like manner, size, design, projections of supply and demand, the value of the tubs are met traders selling the city, taking a total of 994 800 tubs in the current year, this amount is increased by 2.6% each year, the supply is 33,257 tubs a year. Thus it is known that there is an unmet demand for 961 543 tubs so "PlástiCayambe" takes these values ​​as reference which takes a share of 2% which covers part of the unmet demand, the development of the vats shall have the characteristics Main, the size will be in different sizes in order to give customers more choices and if the needs of the same, in terms of marketing, distribution channel will be consumer producer, the company will be located in the Province of Pichincha, Cayambe town, Barrio Alto next to Yasnan Miraflores Park. This place is chosen because it meets all basic resources and services needed for "PLASTICAYAMBE" run its activities, the organization chart was drawn according to the need of it and is composed as follows: the General Meeting , General Manager, production department, accounting department and sales department.
