Female entrepreneurship refers to the business activity carried out by women, involving the creation, management, and development of new businesses, as well as innovation within existing companies. It is a phenomenon that has gained recognition and relevance
in recent years due to its impact on economic and social development. Our research is
supported by scientific information (Scopus) and analyzed through data mining (QDA
Miner). Our findings establish that women entrepreneurs are motivated by autonomy,
self-fulfillment, and financial independence, and they aspire to contribute to economic and
social development. However, they face barriers such as lack of access to financing, deep-
rooted gender stereotypes, and family responsibilities. Family support and online
communities are crucial to their success. Female entrepreneurship generates
employment and improves the quality of life, having a significant socioeconomic impact..
