Abstract
La Compañía de transporte Cándido Rada, es una entidad que presta servicios de transporte urbano y rural en la ciudad de Guaranda, la ejecución de la Auditoría de Gestión permite evaluar, controlar y verificar los procesos administrativos y financieros de la institución, el cual facilitará conseguir y apreciar objetivamente la estructura del control interno.
El presente estudio constituye una herramienta valiosa debido a que se emplea y ejecuta las fases de la Auditoría accediendo a la verificación del manejo de los procedimientos administrativos, conociendo así la situación real de la entidad como sus deficiencias o irregularidades con la finalidad de ayudar a que la administración sea más eficiente.
Description
The Candida Rada Transport Company is an entity that provides urban and rural transport services in the city of Guaranda, the execution of the Management Audit allows evaluating, controlling and verifying the administrative and financial processes of the institution, which will facilitate achieving and objectively assess the structure of internal control.
The present study constitutes a valuable tool because the phases of the Audit are used and executed, accessing the verification of the management of administrative procedures, thus knowing the real situation of the entity as well as its deficiencies or irregularities with the purpose of helping administration more efficient.
