Resumen :	La presente investigación denominada: “HERRAMIENTA MULTIMEDIA EDUCAPLAY PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DEL RENDIMIENTO ACADÉMICO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE OCTAVO “A” DE LA ASIGNATURA DE MATEMÁTICA EN LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA 10 DE ENERO DEL CANTÓN SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR EN EL AÑO LECTIVO 2021-2022”se desarrolló con la finalidad de determinar la influencia del uso de la plataforma Educaplay en la enseñanza aprendizaje de las matemáticas en los estudiantes de octavo “A”. El estudio se realizó bajo el contexto de aprovechar las nuevas tecnologías y aplicar las en la enseñanza de los contenidos numéricos en su dimensión más amplia y específica y por medio del análisis, se propuso investigar la influencia que tiene una estrategia tecnológica e innovadora en el desarrollo de las capacidades propias de esta asignatura. Se abordó desde el enfoque cuantitativo de nivel explicativo, tuvo un diseño no experimental de tipo longitudinal. Se trabajó con una población conformado 33 estudiantes. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación permite afirmar que el uso de la plataforma Educaplay influye significativamente en las capacidades del área de matemática a la vez que dota al docente de un nuevo recurso para impartir conocimientos y que los estudiantes aprovechan de forma satisfactoria.
Descripción :	The present investigation called: "EDUCAPLAY MULTIMEDIA TOOL FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF THE STUDENTS OF EIGHTH "A" OF THE SUBJECT OF MATHEMATICS IN THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT JANUARY 10 OF THE SAN MIGUEL CANTON, BOLÍVAR PROVINCE IN THE SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022 “. was developed with the purpose of determining the influence of the use of the Educaplay platform in the teaching-learning of mathematics in eighth grade students. The study was carried out in the context of taking advantage of new technologies and applying them in the teaching of mathematics. numerical content in its broadest and most specific dimension and through analysis, it was proposed to investigate the influence that a technological and innovative strategy has on the development of the capacities of this subject. It was approached from the explanatory level quantitative approach; it had a longitudinal non-experimental design. We worked with a population made up of 33 students. The results obtained in the research allow us to affirm that the use of the Educaplay platform significantly influences the abilities of the area of mathematics while providing the teacher with a new resource to impart knowledge and that the students make good use of.
