Resumen :	El presente trabajo de graduación el Sistema Administrativo y su influencia en el Control Financiero de la ´´Comunidad de Larcaloma´´, está enfocado a ofrecer una herramienta, para el desempeño de las actividades a realizarse, enfocado hacia un óptimo control financiero de la Junta de Agua Potable, en donde se manifiesta la inexistencia de una Administración correcta para el beneficio de la Junta, para ello se ha logrado plantear el objetivo general que es diseñar un sistema administrativo y su influencia en el Control Financiero para la Junta de Agua Potable de la Comunidad Larcaloma de la Parroquia Guanujo del cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar en el periodo 2019- 2020 y como objetivos específicos tenemos: Establecer una línea base sobre el Sistema Administrativo y Control Financiero para la Junta de Agua Potable, sustentar teóricamente sobre el sistema administrativo y control financiero; y, elaborar un sistema administrativo y su influencia en el control financiero.
Descripción :	The present graduation work, the Administrative System and its influence on the Financial Control of the ´´Community of Larcaloma´´, is focused on offering a tool, for the performance of the activities to be carried out, focused on an optimal financial control of the Board of Potable Water, where the absence of a correct Administration for the benefit of the Board is manifested, for this purpose it has been possible to raise the general objective that is to design an administrative system and its influence on the Financial Control for the Potable Water Board of The Larcaloma Community of the Guanujo Parish of the Guaranda canton, Bolívar province in the period 2019-2020 and as specific objectives we have: Establish a baseline on the Administrative System and Financial Control for the Potable Water Board, theoretically support the administrative system and financial control and develop an administrative system and its influence on financial control.
