| dc.description | In the present work, the contents of organizational communication and administrative management of the parish GAD Facundo Vela were investigated. The problems that are generated there are analyzed due to the lack of these two variables raised in the topic, how a good relationship can be generated from within the organization, using the communication channels, a good organization and planning of activities, and the study of the internal and external public of the same. Extensive theoretical research was conducted to support the issue through previous work in other places; In addition, the deductive method was proposed starting from the general to the particular in this case of what a GAD is in other countries, national and finally local to be able to differentiate the work carried out by other parish meetings. As instruments, the interview with the president of the parish council was used, the application of surveys to the population of Facundo Vela using the same type of question. Once these data were obtained, the results were analyzed and interpreted to discuss the problem; finished with these points a proposal was made to improve the situation of the GAD and the citizenship. To conclude the research, it was provided with the conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and annexes. | dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo se investigó los contenidos de comunicación organizacional y gestión administrativa del GAD parroquial Facundo Vela. Se analizaron los problemas que ahí se generan por falta de estas dos variables planteadas en el tema, como se puede generar una buena relación desde el interior de la organización, utilizando los canales de comunicación, una buena organización y planificación de actividades, y el estudio del público interno y externo de la misma. Se realizó una amplia investigación teórica para sustentar el tema mediante trabajos anteriores en otros lugares; además se planteó el método deductivo partiendo de lo general a lo particular en este caso de lo que es un GAD en otros países, nacionales y por último locales para poder diferenciar el trabajo que realizan otras juntas parroquiales. Como instrumentos se utilizó la entrevista al presidente de la junta parroquial, la aplicación de encuestas a la población de Facundo Vela usando el mismo tipo de pregunta. Una vez obtenido estos datos se procedió al análisis e interpretación de los resultados para realizar la discusión de la problemática; terminado con estos puntos se efectuó una propuesta para mejorar la situación del GAD y de la ciudadanía. Para finalizar la investigación se aportó con las conclusiones, recomendaciones, bibliografía y los anexos.
