dc.descriptionThe present investigation work revises from the budgets of the principles of “parity, proportional complementary” the territory aspects, self-determination and community government as base of understanding of the community organization, to propose intervention limits with the purpose of strengthening to the TUCAYTA and its base communities. The TUCAYTA is a community organization of second grade, it contains to 15 communities, 5 cooperative and more functional institutions, an approximate population of 8.840 inhabitants possesses, of which 90% is Indigenous-Cañaris and the remaining 10% of mestizo-peasants; they have a territorial area of 62 Km2, representing 85% of the total territory of the parochial head of the Cane plantation. The TUCAYTA possesses a solid organizational structure with characteristic community and with own cultural identity (Kañaris); he/she has a sui generis partner-organizational process, its main action axis that agglutinates and he/she knits other stocks it is the watering system “Patococha”, same that after a long administration, it fights and co-execution was transferred by the Ecuadorian State the system in its integrity to the TUCAYTA for its administration, operation and maintenance; its action field supplements with education, politics, production, commercialization, emprendimiento, organizational and cultural invigoration, besides the position and handling of projects; its purpose is to accompany and to support to the construction of Sumak its inhabitants' Kawsay and its incidence in the local development. Does this investigation leave identifying the main problems and its goods determining the central problem “do I Deteriorate of the power and the capacity of the community organization of the TUCAYTA”; is the investigation to be social and qualitative guided in the formulation of the problem outlined in question How to strengthen the power and the capacity of the community organization of the 15 TUCAYTA? and he/she leans on in five sub-questions that guide by way of answer possible to the problem. To understand the partner-organizational process and their community development, it was necessary to understand the origin and the dimensions of the development proposed by the capitalism and to compare the origin and the dimensions of the Sumak Kawsay like proposal of community integral development; as results you concluded that a proposal and lifestyle of a town is sustained in its understanding of the reality and the same life. In the investigation work it is developed each one of these budgets (capitalism, development and sumak kawsay) and with the understanding of the local context in the territorial dimension and territoriality has thought about certain limits with the purpose of strengthening its process and community structure. This investigation is an exercise luck to understand the cosmovisiones of the towns and as these they are the budgets that sustain the proposals and the lifestyles; in this case, like from the western cosmovisión it proposes the capitalism and its development as proposal of life; on the other hand, how from the Andean cosmovisión and its ancestral knowledge the Sumak proposes Kawsay. The investigation work is developed in 4 chapters and in several securities and subtitles, developing thematic that facilitate the understanding of the proposed topic and the results considered as working proposal they come to be an answer and answer to the capitalism, because it proposes an alternative, viable and valid development so much in the current circumstances world, national and local (TUCAYTA).en_US
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación revisa desde los presupuestos de los principios de “paridad, proporcional complementario” los aspectos de territorio, autodeterminación y gobierno comunitario como base de comprensión de la organización comunitaria, para proponer lineamientos de intervención con el propósito de fortalecer a la TUCAYTA y sus comunidades de base. La TUCAYTA es una organización comunitaria de segundo grado, agrupa a 15 comunidades, 5 cooperativas y más instituciones funcionales, posee una población aproximada de 8.840 habitantes, de los cuales el 90% son Indígenas-Cañaris y el restante 10% de mestizos-campesinos; tienen un área territorial de 62 Km2, representando el 85% del territorio total de la cabecera parroquial del Cañar. La TUCAYTA posee una sólida estructura organizativa con características comunitarias y con identidad cultural propia (Kañaris); tiene un proceso socio-organizativo sui generis, su principal eje de acción que aglutina y teje otras acciones es el sistema de riego “Patococha”, misma que luego de una larga gestión, lucha y co-ejecución fue transferido por el Estado Ecuatoriano el sistema en su integridad a la TUCAYTA para su administración, operación y mantenimiento; su campo de acción complementa con educación, política, producción, comercialización, emprendimiento, fortalecimiento organizativo y cultural, además del planteamiento y manejo de proyectos; su finalidad es acompañar y apoyar a la construcción de Sumak Kawsay de sus habitantes y su incidencia en el desarrollo local. Esta investigación parte identificando los principales problemas y sus efectos determinando el problema central “Deterioro del poder y la capacidad de la organización comunitaria de la TUCAYTA”; la investigación por ser social y cualitativa se guía en la formulación del problema planteado en pregunta ¿Cómo 13 fortalecer el poder y la capacidad de la organización comunitaria de la TUCAYTA? y se apoya en cinco sub-preguntas que orientan a manera de respuesta posible a la problemática. Para comprender el proceso socio-organizativo y su desarrollo comunitario, fue necesario comprender el origen y las dimensiones del desarrollo propuesto por el capitalismo y comparar el origen y las dimensiones del Sumak Kawsay como propuesta de desarrollo integral comunitario; como resultados se concluyó que una propuesta y estilo de vida de un pueblo está sustentado en su comprensión de la realidad y la vida misma. En el trabajo de investigación se encuentra desarrollado cada uno de estos presupuestos (capitalismo, desarrollo y sumak kawsay) y con la comprensión del contexto local en la dimensión de territorio y territorialidad se ha planteado ciertos lineamientos con el fin de fortalecer su proceso y estructura comunitaria. Esta investigación es una suerte de ejercicio para comprender las cosmovisiones de los pueblos y como estos son los presupuestos que sustentan las propuestas y los estilos de vida; así, desde la cosmovisión occidental propone el capitalismo y su desarrollo como propuesta de vida, por otro lado, cómo desde la cosmovisión andina y sus saberes ancestrales propone el Sumak Kawsay. El trabajo de investigación está desarrollado en 4 capítulos y en varios títulos y subtítulos, desarrollando temáticas que facilitan la comprensión del tema propuesto y los resultados considerados como propuesta de trabajo vienen a ser una respuesta y contestación al capitalismo, porque propone un desarrollo alternativo, viable y válido en las actuales circunstancias tanto mundial, nacional y local (TUCAYTA).en_US
