Resumen :	El presente estudio investigativo se realizó con la finalidad de elaborar una propuesta de desarrollo turístico en la comunidad de Yacubiana , perteneciente a la parroquia de Salinas del cantón Guaranda, es así que para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados dentro de la investigación, se hizo uso de una metodología descriptiva, que permitió realizar una búsqueda y poder especificar las características y atributos de los sujetos y objetos de análisis o estudio, además se utilizó técnicas de investigación de campo e investigación bibliográfica. En la comunidad de Yacubiana se realizó el diagnóstico para determinar la situación actual en el ámbito social, económico, cultural, ambiental y turístico, para lo cual se utilizó los métodos XXII inductivo y deductivo a través de la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas realizadas a los habitantes de la comunidad. Se realizó el inventario de atractivos turísticos con la utilización del método deductivo, tomando en cuenta la metodología para la elaboración de inventario de atractivos turísticos del Ministerio de Turismo actualización 2017. En donde se identificaron diez atractivos turísticos, de los cuales seis son manifestaciones culturales y cuatro son atractivos naturales, determinando así en potencial turístico de la comunidad. Además, se elaboró una guía turística, un guion turístico y un paquete turístico de la comunidad utilizando el método deductivo para determinar las actividades que se pueden desarrollar en cada uno de los atractivos, y así mediante estas herramientas generar una integración y un desarrollo comunitario.
Descripción :	The present investigative study was carried out with the purpose of elaborating a tourism development proposal in the community of Yacubiana, belonging to the parish of Salinas of the Guaranda canton, so that in order to fulfill the objectives set out in the research, it was used of a descriptive methodology, which allowed to perform a search and be able to specify the characteristics and attributes of the subjects and objects of analysis or study, in addition to field research techniques and bibliographic research. In the community of Yacubiana the diagnosis was made to determine the current situation in the social, economic, sociocultural, environmental and tourism for which the inductive and deductive methods were used through the application of surveys and interviews conducted with the inhabitants of the community. The inventory of tourist attractions was made with the use of the deductive method, taking into account the methodology for the elaboration of inventory of tourist attractions of the Ministry of Tourism update 2017. Where ten tourist attractions were identified, of which six are cultural manifestations and four are natural attractions, thus determining the tourist potential of the community. In addition, a tourist guide, a tourism script and a community tour package were developed using the deductive method to determine the activities that can be developed in each of the attractions, and through these tools generate integration and community development.
