Resumen :	Este proyecto de emprendimiento “ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN LABORATORIO TÉCNICO AUTOMOTRIZ DE INYECCIÓN A DIÉSEL EN LA CIUDAD DE GUARANDA, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR, AÑO 2018” será un proyecto muy viable ya que en la ciudad y provincia no existe un proyecto de tal naturaleza enfocado a los automotores a diésel. Conociendo de antemano el déficit de la demanda a cubrir de 37.668 servicios a vehículos con motores a diésel mediante el estudio de mercado realizado y en si la viabilidad del mismo. Por medio de la creación de esta empresa se estaría dando cumplimiento del objetivo general propuesto, con la ejecución de los objetivos específicos partiendo de la realización del estudio de mercado donde se identificó a los clientes potenciales que estén en condiciones de adquirir los servicios ofertados en esta ciudad a través de la metodología de campo, aplicando entrevistas a expertos y encuestas realizadas a los propietarios de vehículos a diésel utilizando el instrumento del cuestionario. En esta parte del estudio también se procedió a calcular la muestra con un total de 333 personas a encuestar. El estudio técnico que nos permite establecer la posibilidad física o material del proyecto a implementarse siendo en la parroquia Guanujo, sector Alpachaca la mejor opción ya que XVI cuenta con espacios amplios, distribución de la planta que tiene un área total de 176 m² que consta de diferentes áreas. En cuanto al estudio económico financiero se demostró la factibilidad del proyecto sabiendo que los valores del TIR y VAN se han cumplido satisfactoriamente, la TIR obtuvo un retorno mayor a la tasa estándar de descuento del 15% mientras que los resultados del proyecto estarán sobre el 77%. Por otro lado el VAN obtenido se encuentra por encima de cero con un valor de $67,266.80 y finalmente uno de los factores importantes es el tiempo de recuperación de la inversión, en donde se obtuvo un tiempo de trece meses con esto se ratifica la factibilidad del proyecto.
