Resumen :	El trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la Empresa de Seguridad Privada Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda CIA LTDA. Dedicada a la Seguridad Civil e Institucional a Nivel Local y Nacional, en la que sus trabajadores, y personal administrativo colaboraron con la información necesaria para el trabajo de investigación titulado: “SISTEMA DE COSTOS ABC PARA MEJORAR LA RENTABILIDAD EN LA EMPRESA DE SEGURIDAD PRIVADA NINABANDA & NINABANDA NINABANDA CIA. LTDA. DE LA CIUDAD DE GUARANDA, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR EN EL AÑO 2017”, se efectuó con el propósito de dar a conocer acerca de un sistema de costos ABC y determinar el valor unitario de cada actividad. Para su desarrollo se planteó como objetivo general: Proponer un Sistema De Costos ABC Para Mejorar La Rentabilidad En La Empresa De Seguridad Privada Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda Cia. Ltda. De La Ciudad De Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar En El Año 2017. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación se efectuó visitas a las instalaciones de la Empresa, obteniendo la recopilación de la información que nos permitió conocer el estado que se encuentra la Empresa el objeto de estudio de la investigación asumió un enfoque cuali – cuantitativo, bibliográfico, histórico, documental; es así que, con la ayuda de técnicas e instrumentos, como la encuesta y la entrevista se recolecto información que sirvió para conocer la realidad de la Empresa y poder estructurar una base teórica sólida. La investigación descriptiva jugo un papel importante ya que por medio de esta se pudo caracterizar el objeto de estudio posibilitando la generación de conclusiones y recomendaciones adecuadas. Los resultados obtenidos mediante la aplicación de encuesta y entrevista determinamos que en la Empresa desconocía acerca del sistema de costos y se determinaba los costos y los gastos de manera general por ende hemos optado por realizar un sistema de costos ABC el mismo que pondrá en práctica para el correcto registro de los costos y las actividades realizadas. Descripción :	The research work was developed in the Private Security Company Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda CIA LTDA. Dedicated to Civil and Institutional Security at the Local and National Level, in which its workers and administrative personnel collaborated with the necessary information for the research work entitled: "ABC COSTS SYSTEM TO IMPROVE PROFITABILITY IN THE PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY NINABANDA & NINABANDA NINABANDA CIA. LTDA OF THE CITY OF GUARANDA, PROVINCE BOLÍVAR IN THE 2017 YEAR", was carried out with the purpose of raising awareness about an ABC cost system and determining the unit value of each activity. For its development it was proposed as a general objective: Propose an ABC Cost System to Improve Profitability in the Private Security Company Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda Cia. Ltda. Of the City of Guaranda, Province Bolívar in the Year 2017.The methodology used for the development of this research work was made visits to the facilities of the Company, obtaining the collection of information that allowed us to know the state that is the Company the object of study of the investigation assumed a qualitative approach. Quantitative, bibliographic, historical, documentary; Thus, with the help of techniques and instruments, such as the survey and the interview, information was collected that served to know the reality of the Company and to be able to structure a solid theoretical base. Descriptive research played an important role since it was possible to characterize the object of study by enabling the generation of appropriate conclusions and recommendations. The results obtained by means of the survey and interview application determined that the Company did not know about the cost system and the costs and expenses were determined in a general way, therefore we have opted to make an ABC cost system which will be implemented for the correct recording of costs and activities carried out.
