dc.descriptionIt is important to carry out in the county Bolívar investigations about the participation of the microempresarios in the cataloguing process; for that reason he/she was carried out an analysis of the holding in the electronic catalog and their incidence in the microempresas of the textile sector dedicated to the making of school uniforms in the city of Guaranda, located in their urban parishes; therefore, this investigation seeks to determine the level of knowledge that you/they have the microempresarios on the advantages of the to participate in the electronic catalog and to determine strategies for the use of the benefits of the inclusive catalog. For that which was carried out a gathering of preliminary data, as it was it in the page web of the SERCOP, SRI, Ecuadorian Institute of Popular and Solidary Economy (IEPS) in the city of Guaranda; for the application of the surveys dedicated to the proprietors of the microempresas of the textile sector dedicated to the making of school uniforms that you/they were inside the electronic catalog in the year 2017, those that helped us to determine the strategies for the use of the benefits of the inclusive catalog. The present investigation had as general objective, to analyze the holding in the Electronic Catalogs and its incidence in the microempresas of the textile sector dedicated to the making of school uniforms in the city of Guaranda in the period 2017. In the realization of this project the methods were used: inductive, deductive, analytic, synthetic, using the descriptive investigation, of field, qualitative and documental; whose applied technique was the survey. With the results obtained once carried out the respective valuations regarding the level of knowledge that you/they have the microempresarios on the advantages of the electronic catalog and of the suggestions recababas of interviewed people, it was determined the strategies for the use of the benefits of the inclusive catalog.en_US
dc.description.abstractEs importante realizar en la provincia de Bolívar investigaciones acerca de la participación de los microempresarios como proveedores del Estado; por ese motivo se realizó un análisis de la participación en el catálogo electrónico y su incidencia en las microempresas del sector textil dedicadas a la confección de uniformes escolares en la ciudad de Guaranda, ubicadas en sus parroquias urbanas; por lo tanto, esta investigación pretende determinar el nivel de conocimiento que tienen los microempresarios sobre las ventajas del participar en el catálogo electrónico y determinar estrategias para el aprovechamiento de los beneficios del catálogo inclusivo. Para lo cual se llevó a cabo una recolección de datos preliminares, como lo fue en la página web del SERCOP, SRI, Instituto Ecuatoriano de Economía Popular y Solidaria (IEPS) en la ciudad de Guaranda; para la aplicación de las encuestas destinadas a los propietarios de las microempresas del sector textil dedicadas a la confección de uniformes escolares que se encontraban dentro del catálogo electrónico en el año 2017, los que nos ayudaron a determinar las estrategias para el aprovechamiento de los beneficios del catálogo inclusivo. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general, analizar la participación en los catálogos electrónicos y su incidencia en las microempresas del sector textil dedicadas a la confección de uniformes escolares en la ciudad de Guaranda en el periodo 2017. En la realización de este proyecto se utilizaron los métodos: inductivo, deductivo, analítico, sintético, empleando la investigación descriptiva, de campo, cualitativa y documental; cuya técnica aplicada fue la encuesta. Con los resultados obtenidos una vez realizadas las respectivas valoraciones respecto al nivel de conocimiento que tienen los microempresarios sobre las ventajas del catálogo electrónico y de las sugerencias recababas de las personas encuestadas, se determinó las estrategias para el aprovechamiento de los beneficios del catálogo inclusivo.en_US
