Resumen :	The final report of the investigation consists of the following structure: cover, dedication, gratitude, certification director notarized authorship, table of contents, list of tables and charts, the list of Annexes the executive summary in Spanish and English , the introduction. Furthermore, this project consists of three chapters: Chapter I. refers specifically to the subject, the background in which reveals that in Ecuador are being applied teaching techniques implementing Educommunication, but unfortunately these new techniques are not It is carried out everywhere, especially in educational units of the city of Guaranda even managing Educommunication is unknown. We are at a time when the development of communication technology is catching on more and more, but the gap between formal and empirical education received by young and new technologies is great, so Educommunication should be the space that offers the possibility of appropriating these technologies, especially to contribute to civic education, he expressed the Cuban expert on Educommunication, Pablo Ramos. With regard to the audiovisual creation, audiovisual production is the result of combining several needs: industrial, commercial, entertainment, cultural or artistic. Throughout production, it is essential to develop a work plan. Within this planning, it is necessary to define clearly: What will be recorded, who will attend the recording will take place where, when and how they will perform. In this chapter we also find the formulation of the problem, justification objectives, the theoretical framework in which the content of the referential theory, geo referential, legal, conceptual and scientific emphasizing the context in which it was investigated is analyzed and he collected information to implement the project, then we have the hypothesis, its independent variables such as the television media education, and the dependent variable the process of teaching - learning. We will find everything as it relates to methodological strategies, techniques and tools to be applied to students and teachers; and in turn have the student population with whom they worked, this allowed us to tabulate accurate survey data and observation guides, put into practice the most suitable as the analytical, deductive, descriptive and inductive them who helped methods achieving research. Chapter II called ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS including analysis of results, interpretation of data and verification of the hypothesis and the conclusions and recommendations, references. Chapter III, the practical theoretical contribution, called the proposal the same data consisting of information, history of the proposal, Justification, Objectives, Feasibility Analysis, Rationale, methodology - operative model and forecast Administration evaluation. It concludes with the Tentative Bibliography and annexes which have joined the instruments to be applied in the field research.
Descripción :	El informe final de la investigación consta de la siguiente estructura: la portada, dedicatoria, el agradecimiento, certificación del director, la autoría notariada, tabla de contenidos, el listado de cuadros y gráficos, la lista de anexos el resumen ejecutivo en español e inglés, la introducción. Además este proyecto consta de tres capítulos: El capítulo I. Se refiere específicamente al tema, los antecedentes en el cual nos da a conocer que en el Ecuador se están aplicando técnicas de enseñanza poniendo en práctica la Educomunicación, pero lamentablemente estas nuevas técnicas no se las lleva a cabo en todas partes, sobre todo en las unidades educativas de la ciudad de Guaranda aún se desconoce el manejo de la Educomunicación. Nos encontramos en un momento en el que el desarrollo de la tecnología de comunicación se está imponiendo cada vez más, sin embargo la brecha entre la educación formal y la educación empírica que reciben los jóvenes y las nuevas tecnologías es grande, por lo que la Educomunicación debe ser el espacio que brinde la posibilidad de apropiarse de esas tecnologías, sobre todo para contribuir a la formación ciudadana, expresa el experto cubano en Educomunicación, Pablo Ramos. En lo que respecta a la creación audiovisual, la producción audiovisual es el resultado de la combinación de varias necesidades: industriales, comerciales, de entretenimiento, culturales o artísticas. En toda producción, es fundamental elaborar un plan de trabajo. Dentro de esta planificación, es necesario delimitar claramente: Qué se grabará, quién estará presente en la grabación, dónde tendrá lugar, cuándo se hará y cómo se realizará. Dentro de este capítulo también encontramos la formulación del problema, la justificación los objetivos, el marco teórico en el cual se analiza el contenido de la teoría referencial, geo referencial, legal, conceptual y la científica que hace énfasis al contexto donde se investigó y se recolectó la información para aplicar el proyecto, luego tenemos la hipótesis, sus variables independiente como es la educomunicación televisiva, y la variable Dependiente el Proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje. Vamos a encontrar todo en cuanto se refiere a las estrategias metodológicas, técnicas e instrumentos que se aplicaron a los estudiantes y docentes; y a su vez contar con la población estudiantil con la que se trabajó, esto nos permitió tabular datos exactos de encuestas y guías de observación, se puso en práctica los métodos más adecuados como el analítico, deductivo, descriptivo e inductivo los mismos que nos ayudaron a lograr la investigación. En el capítulo II llamado ANÁLISIS E INTERPRETACIÓN DE RESULTADOS que incluye el Análisis de los Resultados, la interpretación de datos y la verificación de la Hipótesis y las conclusiones y recomendaciones, bibliografía. Capitulo III, el aporte teórico práctico, llamada propuesta la misma que consta de Datos informativos, Antecedentes de la propuesta, Justificación, Objetivos, Análisis de factibilidad, Fundamentación, Metodología – Modelo operativo, Administración y Previsión de la evaluación. Se concluye con la Bibliografía Tentativa y los anexos en los que se han incorporado los instrumentos que se aplicarán en la investigación de campo.
